Exclusive semi-detached holiday home "Oasis 1," traditionally built under a thatched roof, with 3 rooms and approximately 76 m² on 2 levels (ground floor, upper floor) for up to 4 people. Located in an idyllic, quiet area in the Ording district of St. Peter-Ording. The beautiful wood-burning stove in the living room provides a particularly cozy atmosphere. The semi-detached house includes a sunny southwest-facing terrace and a share of the garden.

Living room with a large corner sofa (for 3-5 people), 2 armchairs, large SMART TV (cable), Blu-ray player, stereo system, wood-burning stove, and direct access to the sunny, furnished southwest-facing garden terrace with a beach chair (available from Easter to October).

Kitchen with oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, dining table for 4 people, and direct access to the northeast-facing breakfast terrace with expansive views of the pastures and meadows.

Bedroom 1 with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm), built-in wardrobe, two chairs, smart TV, and walk-in closet with hotel safe.

Bedroom 2 with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm), built-in wardrobe, chair, and TV.

All bedroom windows have blackout blinds and mosquito nets.

Bathroom 1 (shower room) with walk-in shower, toilet, and natural light.

Bathroom 2 (full bathroom) with bathtub, walk-in shower, toilet, towel warmer, vanity mirror, hairdryer, and natural light.

Hallway with coat rack and mirror. A storage room with a vacuum cleaner is located under the stairs to the upper floor. The utility room with a washing machine and dryer is located next to the dining area. A free high chair and travel cot frame (66 x 124 cm) are available.

A parking space and lockable bicycle storage for e-bikes are available in the carport to the left of the house. Free Wi-Fi (fiber optic).

Bed linens are provided. Towels can be rented separately. Smoking is not permitted.

NOTE: Barbecuing is prohibited due to the thatched roof.
