This semi-detached house, newly built in 2020, welcomes you with a modern look right at the entrance to the Böhl district. From here, you can reach the historic town center with its many shops and restaurants in about 15 minutes on foot. The dike and dunes are also easily accessible for a leisurely stroll. The house itself boasts a well-designed layout and offers a space for relaxing holidays.

The approximately 80 m² of living space extends over three levels and is divided as follows:

Ground floor: Entrance area, living room with open-plan kitchen, dining area, fireplace and access to the terrace, a shower room/WC, and a utility room.

The terrace features garden furniture and a beach chair, and there is also a small communal playground in the outdoor area.

Attic: an additional sleeping option awaits you here in the form of a single bed (90 x 200 cm).

One parking space is available.

There is a covered area for bicycles at the playground.
