The apartment was newly renovated in 2023 and furnished in a modern, minimalist Scandinavian style.

The apartment has three rooms: a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, a living room with a new, modern fitted kitchen and a converted attic, a small hallway, and a storage room.

In the attic, you will find a bedroom with three single beds, seating, a spacious chest of drawers, and a desk, as well as a shower room with a toilet. Another shower room with a toilet is located on the lower floor, directly opposite the bedroom.

The large, sunny balcony is accessible from the living room and guarantees you relaxing hours in a quiet location.
