The holiday apartment is located on the first floor of a small apartment building. The maisonette apartment is 70 square meters and can accommodate up to four people.

On the lower level, you'll find the living room with an open-plan kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The kitchen, which opens onto the living area, is very well-equipped. The spacious living room features a corner sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a DVD player. The south-facing balcony is accessible from the living room. A staircase also leads from the living room to the upper level of the apartment. Here you'll find the second bedroom with a separate, adjoining shower room. This bedroom has its own flat-screen TV.
