"It is in the middle of repairs from storms but still offers everything you could ever want. This unit is perfect for parents with 2 kids or one couple. Pool and beach view were awesome. "

"It was an amazing property that could not be closer to the beach. It was clean, modern but still funky hip vibe. The most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. You could stay here a week and not need a car. It is on the third floor, no elevator. I did get a parking ticket for backing in, but this was my fault as there is signage I didn't see at first. Owners were kind and very responsive. The pool was never crowded. We would get virgnin pina coladas across the street and sit by the pool after...

"The owner included creature comforts in this studio to make it comfortable for the space. Recliners, full kitchen, nice bath, and storage. Appreciated the beach umbrellas, chairs, and cooler. Communication with the owner was easy as well as entry. The location is fantastic. Pass-a-grille beach is beautiful and just across the street. Plenty of restaurants nearby including the Paradise Grill. Enjoyed music on the beach and the bell ringing at sunset. "

"We stayed here for a few days at the end of our Disney trip to relax a little. It was my wife, two 13 year olds and a 17 year old and myself and we loved it. Patrick was a fantastic host and we were even able to meet him in person one day while he was in town! He truly wants all his guests to enjoy their stay and even sent me a short video on setting up the beach canopy that was in the closet with the chairs! "Great stay! Had everything we needed!"

"This is the first time visiting Clearwater/St Pete area. We were very pleased with the unit. It’s was very clean and the location can not be beat if you are looking for beach access!Grocery stores, restaurants/bars are all very close, again its location is superb. If traveling alone or as a couple, I recommend staying here. The only complaint I can share is being charged an extra 100 for having an “excessively dirty room”, which is not right. Ultimately, this is a wonderfully located clean...

"All in all we enjoyed our stay. The place fit all of us, we felt safe, easy short walk to the beach, food, ice cream, some stores. However, the listing was a little misguiding. The listing states there are 5 beds in the main house. There are only 3 and two sofa beds. If Sofa beds would have been listed we may have chosen differently for our group. There is an oder in the living area, pretty yucky. We had to have maintenance come and fix some doors and WiFi. But other than that the stay was...

"This was a great little place for our week long vacation. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and updated. The 2 bathrooms and W/D really came in handy. The only thing that would have made it better would be if the condo was on the back of the building instead of the front. The beach view was limited and there was a little road noise. I'm guessing those 2 factors made the price a little lower so it was a good trade off for us."

"Would be an excellent choice if it wasn't so so outdated. The location is awesome, the beach amazing. The bar and patio area are much nicer than the rest of the hotel. The rooms have nice beds, good shower and pillows and lining. But the overall look of the decoration, walls etc bring you back to the 80's.....the layout is from a roadside motel, with outside corridors and the only window that one on the side of the entrance door. Front desk is also very old and outdated. Hopefully some fund will agree to invest a few hundred million dollars on a revamp of the property and bring it back to full glory Also please be aware of the quite high resort daily fee."
