"Booked through Expedia without the option for ocean front, booked wrong sayes had to pay for the extra day my fault. Get to the hotel and ask if they have ocean front they tack on another 100 dollars... booked a double room, they put me in a king... first room had mold all over the lampshades walls ceilings, the appliances were old dirty and rusty. The second room also had mold on one of the lampshade the other one was still in the pastic... room had filth on the walls missing the headboard....

"Completed online verification failed the 1st time was able to retry and it passed. Then received text from host asking me to send pics of my ID front and back, credit card front and back, take a selfie with the two cards and sign my name on a piece of paper. I did this and it was approved by host, but I got several texts asking me to do that whole process again.
Check in was 4 pm. At 4:40 I still had not received the key code to get into the room. I messaged through Expedia, VRBO, text message,...
