This lovely two bedroom apartment is located on the seafront in St. Paul’s Bay. The view from the terrace is spectacular and enchanting. Malta's best beaches are a short bus ride away. This brand new, modern apartment is fully equipped and furnished. Apartment is also fully air conditioned

This brand new, modern apartment is fully equipped and furnished. It has two bedrooms, spacious kitchen/living/dining room with a terrace overlooking the sea.
At the main entrance of the apartment block there are 2 small steps leading up to the elevator inside which will take you to all floors.

Apartment Specifications:
70sq m internal area, seafront terrace 5sq m, 3rd floor with lift, 2 bedrooms, shower room, living room.
2 low steps at entrance leading towards elevator
Facilities:
Fast, unlimited Wi-fi internet, Digital Tv (some English and Italian channels available)
Well equipped kitchen including electric oven, microwave, toaster, percolator, 4 hobs, fridge freezer, etc.
Iron and ironing board and washing machine. Hair dryer available on request.
Cots, highchairs, Dvd player and coffee machine are available on request.
Fans are provided in each room.
Towels and bed sheets are provided.

Close by there are two reserved swimming zones, plus bus access to all the major sandy beaches in Malta, such as, Mellieha Bay, Armier Bay, Paradise Bay, Golden Sands, Gnejna Bay and Ghajn Tuffieha.
Step a few meters outside the apartment and you will come across the beautiful countryside – great for walks and picnics. Additionally, the peaceful promenade of St Paul’s Bay runs right outside the apartment so you can take a nice relaxing walk and perhaps stop for a tasty ice-cream on the waterfront.

The nearby jetty allows you to take ferries or day cruises to the other smaller islands of the Maltese archipelago, but, the main ferry which carries you across to the sister islands of Comino and Gozo is located in ‘cirkewwa’ not far from the apartment.

If you like to take the cheap bus as a way of travelling around the island then there is a bus stop less than a minute away from your front door. However, if you would prefer hiring a car then free-on-street parking is available.

Please note that in the weekly price of the property utilities are included as per below:
0.5 cubic meters of water per person per week
150 kWh per apartment per week


These consumptions for water, gas, and electricity should be more than sufficient for normal use for a week.

If the above-mentioned parameters are exceeded, the following rates will apply for the extra consumptions:
E 0.42 per kWh for electricity and E 8.60 per cubic meter for water.
The water and electricity meters are noted at the beginning and end of the stay.

Regarding the monthly rate, please note that the price does Never include bills of water, and electricity. The guest will just pay what they consume. Usual estimation is e 60/80 per month.

Fast unlimited Wifi internet and Tv are free of charge.

Great Vacation Location

We stayed for two weeks and loved the apartment. Having a washing machine was very handy. The balcony is fabulous. We spent as much time on it as possible. Great views of the bay. Technically not on the bay, as it's across the street, but there's only a promenade on the other side, no buildings. Buses run right by the apartment and you can get anywhere on the island on the buses. We loved this apartment.
