Welcome traveler's to our lovely 1-bedroom apartment situated in the charming town of St. Paul's Bay! Just a few minutes away, you'll find yourself right next to the vibrant town centre, beautiful Pomegranate area & stunning seafront.

The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It features a bright living area with Smart-tv & a fully equipped kitchen!

Enjoy the use of the private balcony and take in the beautiful surroundings!

The property is very close to all necessary amenities including supermarket, pharmacies and also main bus station.

For those wishing to catch up on work or your loved ones, high-speed wifi is available throughout the whole stay. AC is free to use and you can adjust temperature to your liking.

Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night's sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality, and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.

Laundry| The apartment has a washing machine, iron, iron board, toiletries, and anything our guests would require to make their stay that much more special.

St Pauls Bay is a charming town with vibrant energy and natural beauty ! This popular neighbourhood offers the perfect blend of traditional mediterranean charm and modern convenience.

Just a few minutes away by walk, you'll find array of cafes, restaurants, local shops and perfect sea spots!

St Pauls Bay offers crystal clear waters, perfect for a refreshing swim or a relaxing stroll along the promenade. For those who prefer a pool, nearby you will find plenty of beach clubs such as 'Beef Bar' & 'Cafe Del Mare'.

The area is known for its welcoming atmosphere and friendly locals, making it an ideal spot for both relaxation and exploration.

Getting around San Pawl il-Baħar and the wider island of Malta from the apartment is easy and convenient, thanks to the various transportation options available.

For those who prefer to walk, many local amenities are within a short walking distance, such as restaurants, cafes, shops, and supermarkets.

Buses are also a popular and affordable way to get around Malta. The closest bus stop is just a few minutes walk away, and from there, guests can easily connect to other parts of the island. There are also regular bus services to popular tourist destinations such as Valletta, Sliema, and Bugibba.

If you decide to rent a car, kindly note that free parking is available around the area but you might have to park a bit far off the apartment as during the weekend and summer days, the area might get busier.

1. We have STRICT noise policies, therefore when booking, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours and the common areas. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines and immediate vacation of the property.

2. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants and cockroaches are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed.

3. Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability of the day however we truly appreciate if check-in and check-out times are always respected.

4. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date.

5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored.

6. What is included in the apartment.

- Shower gel
- Plate liquid soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage.
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

7. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.

8. NO PETS ALLOWED.

9. Smoking inside the property is not permitted and any smoke detectors found removed will be charged accordingly.

10. Any damages or missing items will be charged directly to the guest/s.
