Casas de Férias em St Neots, ENG

"Extremely disappointed. Advertised as one thing (apparently Hotels.com won’t let me say what, so I have had to re word my initial complaint), when I checked in, I was given something completely different. Suffice to say, when I booked I was not expecting to be staying in a bedroom in someone’s house. Unable to get a refund dispute the proof I supplied that the booking was misrepresented. Please avoid Hotels, com are fantastic, had countless enjoyable experiences when booking with them. This...

"This property appears newly renovated. It's nicely done, neat and appointed for 6. If you want a bedroom, then 5. "

"We had a good night’s sleep. There are several suggestions for improvement: 1 - could not lock the door from the inside. 2 - Add a hand towel or two to the two bath towels. 3 - Take care of the bugs in the bath."

"Joshua is a very friendly and helpful host. The house is beautifully furnished and has everything you need, although it’s worth noting that there’s only one bathroom."

"Without doubt one of the best stay experiences I’ve had in a long time, from quality of accommodation, ideal location and excellent communication.. end to end everything you want and more from a stay. Host was super responsive I. Communications and really attentive to our needs even configured the beds in the bedrooms as we needed. And the true sign of great service is how it works when life throws in a curve ball.( in our case it was having to arrive earlier than planned and earlier than...

"A great property and a very easy drive to Burghley Horse Trials which was the purpose of our visit. Directly next to a great pub and a property that I would recommend. It might be a bit tight for 3 adults because the living area is small and the stairs are very steep which could cause difficulties for older people or very young children but we really enjoyed our stay and would otherwise recommend."

"The house was clean, well located and comfortable. We did have an issue with a double booking on the second night of our stay, during which the second group were able to enter the house with our belongings in as you are instructed to leave the second key in the lock box. We were lucky they were such nice people, and graciously cancelled their booking, or we could have had an issue. After this, we received no communication from the host to apologise until we contacted him.If the hosts are going...

"Great location and enjoyed hospitality of the owner. Would definitely revisit Lovely 16C pub nearby with excellent food."

"For some odd reason, the Vrbo app was giving us the wrong address when we selected "Get Directions". The host contacted us and gave us the correct address right away. Other than that, it was a nice clean place to stay for a few nights."
