Perfect Location With Historic Charm
The house was perfectly located in town in St. Michael’s with off street parking as a bonus. Despite the weather being cold and rainy, we had a lovely time in charming St. Michaels. It was a delightful spot for our annual girls weekend.

Perfect place
This was the perfect place for our girls weekend. Excellent location as it was 1 block from Talbot street- lots of shops and restaurants. Communication was smooth and chk in easy.

Great location
As so many of the reviews of this house have already stated, the location of this home is outstanding. Park your car and walk the entirety of Saint Michaels. It was perfect in that regard. The reviews have also mentioned the close proximity of the Blue Crab coffee shop. It is literally at the back door of this home. It couldn't be more convenient. Our recommendations to the home owner would be to consider a shade or a curtain of some sort on that glass back door so that house guests enjoying coffee in the kitchen in the early morning hours aren't quite so visible to the coffee shop crowds. We also echo the sentiments of a previous review with regard to stocking up on a few more coffee mugs. The home is beautifully redone and the owner was quick to respond to a few questions asked before our arrival.

Christmas in St.Michaels
A wonderful time was had by all! We four friends had a great time at the morning parade, boat parade, shopping, home tour, excellent dining, and choir celebration at the Methodist Church. We look forward to the next time. The house was a perfect location to walk everywhere, and to have space to relax.

Fabulous Location
We took a girls trip to kick off the Holiday season and could not have selected a better property. The location made it convenient to walk to everything in St. Michael's and also served as a great location to pop over and visit Oxford and Easton. The beds were comfortable and the decor was very tasteful. I would not hesitate to book this property again if I was to visit this area of Maryland.

Amazing Host and House
This property is beautiful. Kept clean and the decor is absolutely amazing if you're into vintage pieces and antiques. The host, Tom was amazing to work with and responded promptly to my communications. Highly recommend this property in St. Michaels. Close to EVERYTHING is really true.

Fun Girls Weekend - Walk to All
Great location. Three bedrooms. Plenty of space. Stocked kitchen for easy meal prep. Close to everything so no need to restart the car ! Would definitely stay again. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Great St. Michael’s gem for family!
The house surpassed expectations! Charming, very spacious, and a nice combination of old and new. The house was very comfortable for my family of 5. Nice that we could bring our small dog too as St Michael’s is the most dog friendly town I have ever been! I was worried the house would be hot but the house has amazing AC and wooden blinds and all was so comfortable. Perfect location to everything. Would stay here again!

Girls weekend
This home was in a great location . We had a glitch checking in but we were able to get. A hold of Thomas and everything worked out . I have 2 recommendations. The twin beds upstairs need new mattresses. They were extremely uncomfortable for adults. The other is the towels and bedding could use a quick refresh with a target run. Also a few more coffee mugs there were only 2. Otherwise this home was a great find in a great location … we enjoyed our trip greatly and Thomas was very nice to deal with!

Great Place to Stay!
We enjoyed our stay. We could walk to everything. My husband is a light sleeper so it was nice to stay in a quiet neighborhood so close to everything. House was very clean and had everything we needed. Owner was very responsive and gave information on places in St. Michael's. We would enjoy staying again.

Great location!
In town to visit family with my folks. Spacious restored home, beautifully furnished. Very clean. Full bath located upstairs, very small half bath below the stairs. Short walk to shops and dining. Tom was responsive and gave great dining suggestions.

We loved staying at this house. The owner was super responsive with any questions we had. Property was exactly as described. Best part? The car stayed in the driveway all weekend and we walked everywhere. Such a fun weekend!!

Perfect In Town
Charming immaculate historic home- very clean. Historic did not mean old and dumpy, but elegantly traditional to time period of home. Fully updated appliance/utilities. Location ideal and super quiet in house- never heard any street noise. Owner really helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay in St. Michael’s
We had an excellent stay. The house is as described and was very comfortable and incredibly clean. The location is perfect because you can walk to anything but didn’t have to be on the busy main road. All the beds were incredibly comfortable. Thomas was very easy to communicate with ahead of time but we really didn’t need anything while we were there because check in was easy and instructions were clear and everything was well stocked. We would certainly stay again. Also my husband is 6-2” and got around the house without a problem.

Charming house with lots of character
This old home has been renovated with loving care and has all the modern conveniences like a dishwasher, washer/dryer, AC and big screen television. The old planking and low ceilings give it character. It is literally two streets over from the Main Street in town next to the library and police station. We could walk to all the shops and marina. It was relatively quiet in mid-March but might be less so in the summer. The bathroom has been renovated with a good size shower and there’s even a small powder room under the stairs that provides an extra toilet. We enjoyed our stay here and felt very safe.

Great Location in St. Michaels
We rented this property for our family over the holidays. It is a nicely restored small home in the historic district. The home was clean with very comfortable beds and within walking distance to anything needed in town. The only comment I could mention is no hairdryer or bath amenities are provided. We would rent this VRBO again.

A fabulous location to visit St. Michael's. Everything within walking distance. Property as described and the owner was very easy to work with. It's a cute historic building and those of us who are tall have to watch your head in a couple places. Very nice kitchen!

Perfect location for exploring Saint Michaels
We really enjoyed our weekend stay at the house. There are three comfortable bedrooms upstairs that easily fit 3 adult couples The house is next door to a coffee shop and one block from the shops and restaurants along the main street in town. This house is in the perfect location for exploring Saint Michaels. The host was very easy to communicate with and we would highly recommend this rental..

Perfect House Close to Everything in Town
We stayed at this property for a wedding weekend we had at the Inn at Perry Cabin. The house was very cute and cozy. The location was amazing - walking distance to everything in town, the bay, and the Inn at Perry Cabin. I would highly recommend staying here for the weekend getaway!

Definitely close to everything. Darling original structure with modern addition. No frills but it worked well for our family. We brought our own soaps and detergent. The half bath is very small so expect the whole family to be waiting on the one full bath. Everything was clean but the shower curtain could use a good bleaching. Teens loved being able to walk everywhere and come and go as they pleased. We used the boat ramp at Newcomb and it proved to be very convenient. We felt safe and comfortable in the house at all times. We all miss St Michael’s already!

The location was excellent. The property is more spacious than you can see in the pictures. Plenty of parking. The price was very reasonable. Clean, stocked. Getting a hotel room would have been more expensive with so many less conveniences and amenities.

Perfect headquarters for Antique and Classic Boat Show
Great rooms! Nicely appointed! Had enough space to host meeting for Boat Show and a whole separate room for office equipment. Oven too small for my muffin pan but that was the only problem.
