When we asked and received the second card it blocked access for the original card. This happened for both rooms we booked. - We stayed 4 nights, it's frustrating that you have to request cleaning by 10am for the following day. - When cleaning was requested, they made the bed but did not clean the bathroom or replace the towels. "We had a lovely spacious room with a comfortable bed, a bonus was the beautiful views of the river through the wide full height windows. Only downside was the lack of a cooked breakfast which is not available. There isn’t a table in the room so we had to sit on the single chair and blanket box to eat the cereals provided, not ideal when you want to fortify yourself for the SWCP walk. They also didn’t service the room which meant we had to wash the cereal bowls and cups in the bathroom sink...

"Such a wonderful property, and the rooms are so very clean and comfortable. We slept so well, and were treated quite nicely. Kate is such a lovely host, and her brekkie is top-notch. We enjoyed chatting with her as we ate, and found her delightful and helpful. The farm setting is so peaceful (for us guest that is, a lot of hard work for owners), and the location is great for visiting the Lizard and other places around south Cornwall. "It's a fair walk for us OAPs to the town centre. Very limited parking due to the Shanty Festival. We were lucky to get the last space underground. It would have been a disaster for us if we couldn't have parked locally. Apparently one can reserve a space for a fee - wasn't told this when I booked. Limited menu in restaurant. Limited breakfast choice. - no cold meat and cheese for the europeans. Amazing views across the harbour."

"Penmorvah Manor Hotel is gevestigd op een eigen landgoed, wat heel erg mooi was. Parkeren was geen probleem er waren ruim voldoende plekken. Kamer was netjes en schoon. Personnel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt was lekker. Het Penmorvah Manor Hotel is in de traditioneel Engelse stijl qua decor die past bij een Manor huis. Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf."
