"Such a peaceful spot. We had breakfast outside each morning while listening to the birds and then spotted constellations in the properly dark night sky. The cottage was well equipped with lots of quirky details, just as the name suggests and the location was perfect for us - handy for visiting family. The welcome was really warm, too. It would be lovely to return one day. "

"My mum stayed in the cottage over the Christmas holidays. It’s fully equipped and was beautifully decorated over her stay. Everything about it was top class and we would definitely use it again. "Very nice property, beautiful views of the beach and lake from the property, nice garden area to sit and relax. Parking for two cars was really helpful. Truro and Falmouth were good places to visit. Trelissick Garden National Trust was also a good place to visit, especially if you are National trust members, the gardens there are beautiful. "

"The cottage was lovely. It had no Wi-Fi or 4g signal so planning the next days agenda was impossible until you drove out of the site. Also apart from the on site bar (the staff were wonderful) there was no where to walk easily to get something to eat. "
