The room was nice however I would say the food is good but overpriced and the bar prices are extremely expensive for a rural bed-and-breakfast, almost 8 pounds for a pint of lager seems excessive. £14 for a full English breakfast with one egg, one rasher of bacon, and one sausage But overall, a nice location and a nice little hotel"

"This property was fantastic and easy to find with east travel connections. The hotel was situated right next to worthing train station and only a 20 minute walk from the beach which has multiple bus services via stage coach going to Brighton and to Littlehampton. The staff were extremely helpful friendly and welcoming making sure I was fully aware of the checkig in procedure and where to go taking their time to carefully show me. "Decent budget-friend hotel though you pay a slight premium for being right on the seafront. They have a parking garage on a first come first serve basis for £8 per 24 hours, though it’s incredibly tight so big cars may struggle. There is lots of paid street parking (£0.95 per 30 minutes) that can often have you parked right outside the hotel if you time it right that runs from 9am to 6pm; max stay 4 hours during those times so it’s good for free overnight if you time it right."

"I paid extra for a room with a view of the ocean and I'm glad I did. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious. The bed in room 13 was very comfortable. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, kettle in the room which was replenished every day. It's not an ultra-modern hotel but everything was spotlessly clean and in good condition. "Very run down with no signs of trying to fix anything. Friendly enough staff, but clueless. I had to move rooms after the first night. The radiator in room 218 couldn't be turned off and it was 25 degrees. The ceiling in the bathroom has water damage from above and the plaster was cracked and falling down. The second room I was given, room 317, had more problems. The window had broken seals, so let in a lot of wind and noise from the street. I found 2 empty Absolut vodka bottles wedged...
