"Loved this property! Great location, CLEAN, and prompt responses from property owner. I have stayed in and around Stratford at least 7-8 times over the past several years. This is, by far, the best one of all! Will definitely be back! Located right in the downtown area, with great access to stores and restaurants. Easy and prompt communication with Brendan. If I could give 10/10 I would! "

"The property was clean, cozy, well furnished and very nice. The kitchen had everything that we needed, including local coffee that was quite good. Modern and well situated in downtown Stratford, steps from dining, events and the Live Theater that we came to see. Getting around was easy and comfortable. "The loft was charming, in a perfect location and very clean! We loved being literally a few steps from quaint coffee shops, restaurants, art galleries and theaters. There was even a little green grocery store where we could buy food …and we had everything that we needed at the loft to be able to cook our own meals. The apartment was so comfortable that I literally kept saying aloud to my husband “I wish I lived here!” "

"Eccentric but adorable home and unit to stay in.Walking distance to all of our theatre plans, shopping and meals. Comfy, comfy bed! Well decorated. There are stairs and the ceiling in the main room need to be paid attention to to not bonk your head (various angles like in an attic) but I would totally stay here again!"

"Absolutely gorgeous place; responsive host and very central to everything. We also was able to use the stove. Amenities were perfect and I really hope to be able to come stay here again. All the linens were very clean and the beds were comfortable. Great to have fans in every room but also the floor-to-ceiling and all the cozy nooks and setup made the place absolutely fabulous to stay in! "

"We found "The Bevan" quite comfortable, bed was excellent and the location perfect for attending Stratford shows at "The Avon" theatre with an easy 3 minute walk. Also very close to downtown Stratford with everything close by. Brch & Wyn, the cafe/wine bar downstairs was excellent, one of the best latte's I've ever had. Next time we're in Stratford, we very may well stay here again."
