"All communications with the property managers was flawless, before and during. They met us very quickly as we parked are car and gave us all the information we needed. The house was spotless. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The views were endless. We even were lucky enough to see the herd of elk, deer and the bear that frequent their property. We would highly recommend this listing for all of the above and for the proximity to GNP and Waterton. If we ever come for another trip, this...

"We had a great time at the home. This place is small and quaint but easily fit 7 of us. 25 minutes from Many Glacier was perfect. It was in such a peaceful place and had all the items we needed to stay put if we needed. Can’t wait to come back!"

"Place is much nicer than even pictures look. Everything is new and clean. Communication with owners was great. The Cattle Baron Supper Club nearby is a must have dining experience. Bed is very comfortable. A plus!"

"We enjoyed our stay at Abby and Anna’s lovely loft so much, we plan to go back someday. They provide their guests with everything you can think of to make your stay fabulous- Even on our last day I was still finding surprises in the cupboards. It’s peaceful, secluded and there are beautiful views from every window. If you plan to visit Glacier or just want to fish and relax, stay here! Be aware the road is rough (out of their control) and you need to take it slow, But we managed it with a Honda...

"The bear cabin I stayed was nicely decorated and was comfortable to stay even when it got hotter during the day. The patio kitchen and dining area were well organized and equipped. It was lovely to sit there and relax. I wish I could stay longer!"

"We loved the location to Glacier National Park St. Mary entrance. The owners were on site doing some more renovations, they were very nice and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. The shower was perfect the water pressure was great. There were others guests staying in the other apartment but we never heard them. The front porch was perfect for relaxing at night! We would definitely stay there the next time we come back to Glacier National Park! "

"Enjoyed our stay. Lots of amenities available. We stayed here to be close to the trails in GNP. Beautiful area!"

"Had an amazing weekend during my time here! It was peaceful, grounding, and just what I needed. The property is a little more on the outskirts, which made it super quiet and serene, perfect for anyone looking to disconnect and reset. The stars at night were next level honestly one of my favorite parts. I absolutely won’t forget this stay and look forward to coming back next time I’m in the area. "

"We stayed in 5 different places on our vacation in Montana, and the Miista'k Mountain Cabin was my family's favorite! Cheyenne and Andrew were wonderful hosts and greeted us when we arrived. The house was comfortably decorated and you could tell there was a lot of thought put into the cabin. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked and everything was of very nice quality. Everything that I needed was there! The bedding and towels were very comfortable, as well. We enjoyed visiting the alpacas...

"The property is close to the Many Glacier and St. Mary entrances to Glacier National Park. The house is spacious. It has 4 beds in two different rooms. We were there in June 2025, when the weather was cool, so we didn't need A/C, which it didn't appear to have. The owner was very responsive. The water may or not be drinkable, but there was a Culligan water cooler which was adequate for drinking water. I would stay there again. "

"Perfect place to stay while exploring the East side of Glacier National Park. Ken and Gena are excellent hosts. They were a wealth of information about the area’s sights, hikes, and restaurants which was helpful. The cabin was super clean, comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay. We stayed 5 nights in early July and spent our days in the Many Glacier area of the park plus one day in Canada to see Waterton Lakes NP area. It was nice to come back to the Hiker’s Retreat each...

"We couldn't be more pleased with all aspects of this property! The house is beautifully designed and crafted. It was comfortable for our large group. We enjoyed cooking together in the large, well appointed kitchen and spending time together on the large, tree-shaded deck. Communication with the host was always quick and thorough. For east Glacier, we highly recommend this beautiful property!"

"This was the perfect place for our family while staying on the east side of Glacier National Park. Finding places for a family of 6 to stay is extremely difficult in that area without it getting expensive fast. This rental provided great value for our large family. Having the kitchen and laundry was extremely helpful for us. The futon was comfortable for the kids as none of them complained and that is often a point of contention amongst my kids when we stay at places where someone has to...

"Great location close to east glacier. We cooked for ourselves and they had everything we needed. Place was stunning and located on a ranch where we saw deer every morning. Would absolutely stay again. "

"Very comfortable house, fully equipped kitchen, beautiful location, easy access to the park. I loved watching the sunrise from the sun room. There were some flies as some other reviews mentioned, but not many. The couch upstairs had an odor and should probably be replaced. But the property was clean and the cabin was quirky and cute."

"This home was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed plus more (they even had bear spray and glacier books/maps)! It’s about 20-25 minutes from the Many Glacier entrance. The property owner has a cabin across the street which he stays at sometimes. He was super helpful with knowledge about the Glacier hiking trails. The closest grocery store was in the St. Mary area, about 20 minutes away."
