We had a family emergency that required a last minute shift in itinerary, and the staff was so accommodating and also very compassionate. They worked around our circumstances while still ensuring we were well taken care of. "Estadia maravilhosa. Hotel atendeu nossas expectativas. Recepcionista foi extremamente solícita e atenciosa (não me recordo o nome dela mas é uma senhora que tem percieng).
