- Prices are based on two guests sharing one bedroom. Use of additional bedrooms incurs an extra fee. Please inform us at the time of booking so we can prepare the additional rooms accordingly and charge the correct fees.
- The price includes average electricity and water usage. Excess consumption may result in a surcharge. Average usage assumes air conditioning for approximately 8–10 hours per day. Meter readings are taken at check-in and check-out.
- Maximum occupancy: 6 guests
- The property is equipped with three outdoor security cameras monitoring external entrances only
- Quiet hours apply after 10:00 p.m

- Since utilities costs are high we allow up to 70 KW units of electricity per room per week.
Water consumption is capped at 2 cubic meters per guest per week.
