The outdoor living space was a highlight — the pool was ideal after long beach days, and on slower days when we wanted to stay close to home, it was perfect for that too. All amenities were exactly as described, and Dora & her team were excellent — answering every question before booking & stayed responsive during our stay. Being on site, they responded quickly & dropped off anything we needed without hesitation.Location-wise, I’d call this the best spot on the island. You’re 10–30 minutes from the top beaches & 30 minutes from downtown. We loved Coral Estates itself: safe, walkable, with restaurants & the beach five minutes away (note that the “beach” doesn’t have a sandy area). We walked down for dinner & sunsets multiple times — the little café for smoothies, breakfast & pizza became a favorite & we loved the bar’s balcony. One evening we brought dinner to the beach, watched the sunset, swam & stayed to stargaze. One of those nights you don’t forget.The house is spacious and modern — plenty of room for a family of five with 3 teens. Beds & pillows comfortable, AC powerful (we ran it every night) & the rain shower heads were lovely. Huge doors opened to a cross breeze that kept things cool during the day. The kitchen had everything we needed, WiFi was strong throughout & the ocean and sunset views were stunning — we even caught a rainbow one morning. We’ve stayed at a lot of VRBOs, and this was our favorite. We’d come back without hesitation & highly recommend it.
