"Staff for checkin and breakfast were great. Room was clean, and the bed was made so well with these bright white sheets. Very comfortable and very welcoming —- I felt safe. Only downside is having one elevator. I question the condition of it, since I had problem as I was checking out (with luggage of course) I got on it (on the third floor) and the doors closed—- yet it didn’t bring me to the first floor. "We had reserved a room to be able to see the St Laurence shipping channel. The room given had a balcony, but we needed to hang out over the railing a bit to see the channel and Boldt Castle. They moved us to a fabulous room with a great view! The employees were very friendly and accommodating! Will tell friends!"
