"Hotel is clean, room amenities are excellent, bed sheets and pillows sparkling white. I did request a microwave in our room to heat up our food and I was surprised that there’s no charge for it. Beautiful views, in a quaint town. We went in April though so some of the shops are still closed. We will definitely come back. "

"This was the best stay we have ever had at the Finger Lakes! The Lakeview Spa room was fantastic with a beautiful view of Cayuga Lake. You even have a view of the lake from your in room spa tub. "Didn't get to meet any staff personally, but the response to messages was prompt and friendly. Room was clean with little extras like swan towel and a welcome tray and parking was close to front door and set aside specifically for the guests. The only drawbacks some ppl might have, would be a shared kitchen and the stairs to get to rooms, but even I have had double knee replacement and was able to do them pretty easily, just taking my time. And we didn't mind the shared kitchen, it was stocked...
