Modern 3-Bed Condo by Dover Beach - Terraces 201

  • The spacious open plan living area leads out on to a large balcony with sun loungers and table and chairs for dining al fresco with a sea view. The dining area and kitchen are also open plan, so you can prepare meals and drinks while enjoying a view towards the ocean. The spacious master bedroom with king size bed has a view of the ocean and an en-suite bathroom. Patio doors lead out on to the balcony. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The third bedroom has twin beds which can also be configured as one king. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans. Deluxe bathrooms make your stay all the more comfortable.

    The property manager is just a phone call away should you need a hand with anything. Please know that we can assist you with anything you need to make this an amazing vacation from the get-go: car rentals, dining recommendations, snorkel excursions, island tours.. are some of the things we can suggest for you! Housekeeping Service is also included twice a week.

    Centrally located, it's just steps from great restaurants, shopping, surfing lessons and even car hire - all located in the area for easy access.

    Things to note: Although Terraces is at the end of St. Lawrence Gap, there may be some occasional noise from nearby restaurants and bars.

Fantastic place - very central and 30 seconds away from the beach. Great market and restaurants within minutes. The place is quiet - would recommend for families and friends traveling. Host is wonderful in terms of communication and direction. I would certainly stay here again.

Beautiful condo with a great balcony. Close to the beach and restaurants. Inside was very clean with everything you need. Would definitely stay again. Only negative about the place is the showers don't drain well however, wasn't a big deal.

Stay in the Terrace

Conveniently located on the south and by the St. Lawrence Gap. The water in the kitchen was very poor and the shower in master bedroom was also poor.

Great apartment, great location

Stayed here for about a week with our 1.5 yr old and our family friends who have a 5 yr old. The apartment itself is very spacious and comfortable and spacious. So very close to multiple wonderful beaches, right across the street from a small grocery store, and nearby good restaurants and a very cute coffee/sandwich/ice cream shop. Great communication. Would love to stay here again.

Perfect apartment for a family or a group of friends. Very spacious with a huge balcony perfectly located with a market next door and many food and nightlife options within 2 minutes walk. This is not to mention lovely Dover beach pretty much across the street.

The condo was lovely & spacious with a great deck. We loved being able to walk to Dover Beach and all the St Lawrence Gap restaurants. We rented a car for a week so it was nice to have onsite parking. Highly recommend condo & the location.

Great location, great stay

This was a perfect rental for our group, one block from the beach, plenty of restaurants in walking distance. We did rent a car so having parking available was great. The dover market is very convenient but expensive. Pictures show the apartment perfectly

Great for the family

This location was close to the beach and away from the noise. My family enjoyed going across the street for meals. The confidence store is steps away and has everything you may need… even chicken and macaroni pie.

Terraces in St Lawrence Gap

Great location and 201 terraces is a great condo. Across the street from Dover Beach and a quick watch to all the restaurants and clubs. This place had double glass doors to keep the noise out. Private parking. Management helped out right away with the little things that that popped up. Had a wonderful time.

Excellent property exactly as described. The location at the end of the Gap is perfect with everything in easy walking distance but also quiet at night when the bars close. The host where super responsive and answered any queries we had very quickly. I would highly recommend the Terraces for any future stays in Barbados, the apartment was the perfect size for us, we were my wife and I, my 21 yr old son and his partner and our 17yr old daughter and at no time did the apartment feel small or that we were living on top of one and other.

Great location, clean and spacious

This property is in a safe and walkable neighborhood, across the street from the beach and walking distance to quite a few places to eat and a couple coffee shops like Cake Lady and Bliss. Opposite end to the main St. Lawrence Gap activities so lively earlier in the night but very quiet after 10 or 11pm, (the sliding doors are double paned). Comfortable place, had everything we needed and very spacious, nice porch area to sit out on. We rented a car so the gated parking area was very convenient and very easily accessible. Would highly recommend Terraces 201 - we are a family of 4 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thanks!

Clean and comfortable apartment. Really comfy beds and good range of supplies. Lovely balcony, where you can hear background local music to have an evening drink to, but still really really quiet inside to sleep. The heart of the gap is about a 10 mins walk. The nearest beach 5 mins walk. Next door is a little mini supermarket and a few doors down a coffee shop. Host arranged taxi and extended check out.

Very nice condo. Comfortable with five people. Easy to walk to the St. Lawrence Gap, with all the bars and restaurants. I felt safe. Convenient market right across the street. A restaurant that was fun with live music on Thursdays. A little loud Thursday evening due to the band playing, but I enjoyed it, as you can sit on your balcony and hear it from across the street. Quiet other nights. Big nice balcony. Bed comfortable. Washer and dryer in condo. Wish there were more towels and toilet paper. Otherwise great experience!

Spacious and Convenient

I stayed here with two of my cousins and we were very pleased with the accommodations. The condo was a pretty decent size and allowed for at least three people to have their own rooms but could have held more guests. It was extremely clean and appliances were pretty up to date. I personally loved the balcony which was private but still allowed for the sea breeze and sun rays. There was a washer and dryer available to us as well as some cleaning supplies.. We were a short walking distance to Dover Beach, a convenience store, restaurants, and souvenir shops. Taxis were always available near the condo so we were never without transportation. Chanice and the property manager were always available, polite, and extremely helpful as well.

Dover Beach Gem

We had an amazing stay! The condo was close to everything, just across from the beach. It was well appointed with beach towels and the AC was incredible after a day in the sun. You could walk down the street to St. Lawrence Gap, or take a quick taxi ride to Brownes Beach if you’re not driving. Thursday nights at Socialite across the street was some of the best live music I’ve ever heard- and I’ve heard a lot!! I had my own private concert from my balcony. But no worries, the bedrooms were quiet with the AC whirring. My family slept well. Close to food as well- Socialite had great food and grilled marlin is my new favorite fish. Try fish cakes everywhere- they’re a little different at each spot, but I didn’t meet one I didn’t enjoy. If you really need some fried chicken, my vote is Chefettes. And take a lot of cash- prices are similar to US prices, but you have to hit the ATM constantly. Our absolute favorite activity was at Carlisle Bay swimming with sea turtles, stingrays, puffer fish and 100 other beautiful varieties of fish. I would definitely stay here again!
