"The only thing good is the location.
- upon arrival my transfer was delayed which resulted in me having to organise my own taxi
- breakfast options are poor and falsely advertised
- Some of the electrical sockets have a short circuit, I could hear this whenever attempting to plug something in (health and safety concern!)
Very underwhelming stay, I would NOT recommend this property to family and friends."

"Excellent staff, clean, good breakfast. The windows open to a shaft so not particularly pleasing. The location isn’t that great unfortunately. There isn’t anything to see or do in the near vicinity so you will need to take public buses which are quite unreliable and very busy. If you are traveling to Malta for the first time, I would suggest booking a hotel in Valetta. "

"We booked for early flight. It was only 4 mins from this property. I did 4 starts because soap wasn’t good. Only one soap for shampoo and body and conditioner. If you care for soap, I recommend bring own soap. Expect that all good. Location is super good. Luckily we had a parking spot infront of this house. They don’t provide parking. "

"1. No lift for 2nd floor units, narrow stairs to carry heavy luggage.
2. Too narrow doors to move freely in and out of rooms
3. First two nights Airconditioning was controlled by the owner and it was put to off or not working, suffered in heat after heated email/text , they switched it ON.
4. Breakfast has very specific timings per room , need to visit only in that 30 min window for breakfast.
5. Near to Airport, and near by general shops and bustop.
I will not recommend this place to anyone,...
