A delight to stay there and the Provincial will be my accommodation choice when staying in Ballarat in the future."

"The room was great, the beds are really comfortable. The hotel was perfect, it hasn’t everything you need and you could actually enjoy a trip without having to leave the hotel - the pool, gym, games areas are great. The restaurant and bar was amazing - several different sections to enjoy, restaurant, bistro, sports bar, beer garden all with access to a play area for kids. We will definitely be coming back here next time we are in Ballarat"

"I am a long term guest at seymours. It is always nice to see the team again as they are very pleasant and accommodating people. The building is old like majority of ballarat and has its quirks. The rooms are very spacious, well resourced, quiet and safe. They are always very clean. I will happily return again. Thankyou."

"The bedside table lamp (Apartment 2) is broken. The space heater warning lamp for a filter cleaning was on. There was NO information comprndium."

"Our stay in the apartment was great just needs a little maintenance on the heating and the kitchen as the lights were dull and range hood light not working at all made it hard preparing meals"
