Westin Getaway

Loved staying at the Westin. It was clean, staff was very friendly. Our unit was updated and we didn't have any issues. The main pool needs some updating (tiles and rust), but it was still a great getaway. As far as the Westin goes- I wish they would offer some more brunch/breakfast options, but we made a quick trip to the market and ate in the unit every morning. Taxis are right there and can take you to wherever you want to go. We will definitely come back and stay at the Westin.

Beautiful resort & amenities! Would suggest staying on beachside part of property as itā€™s more convenient & updated compared to the hillside accommodations! Very nice stay!

Balcony view is hard to beat!

The condo was clean, well equipped and perfect for our week stay. The view of the Cruz Bay is hard to beat from the balcony. Staff at the Westin are outstanding and incredibly nice and helpful. Fabulous time.

Terrific spot

The resort is huge, but somehow is made to seem cozy, small and personal. The staff is absolutely wonderful. Ceiling fan in our unit was broken when we moved in Saturday. They attempted repair and when that didnā€™t work a crew showed up Sunday morning to replace the whole thing. Great work. Terrific beach, pool and poolside drinks and dining. The villa unit was great. We only wished we could stay longer.

Great stay

The Westin continues to do it right. This is our third stay here and would highly recommend. Anything we needed was in our room with 30 minutes of requesting. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Was nice to have Mango Deli for a breakfast option and quick pick up for snacks and drinks. Service was fast and great! Loved the Fitness center as well - everything super clean.

Great Stay At the Westin

Stayed at the Westin for the second week of our trip and were delighted with the property. Kids had a blast with the pool and all the activities. Looking forward to visiting again.

Excellent experience

We enjoyed our stay at the Westin. The property is gorgeous, the only bad thing was the vicinity to Cruz Bay. We stay in St John often and we like to be in town within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The Westin is further out which offers more of a resort feel and relaxing atmosphere. So either way it is always sad to leave the island and we look forward to returning as soon as possible.

great customer service

The Westin St John is an immaculate property with great customer service. This property in building 33 is on the other side of the road and is one of the farthest Villas so be prepared to use the golf carts provided by the Westin to get around. This building decor is a little dated and there was a musty smell to the room; could be refreshed. We normally stay in Sunset Bay because of the proximity to the pool and beach and other amenities.

Great Vacation

I couldnā€™t be happier with our experience. Everything was great. Even staying up on the hill was no problem as the carts were always there quickly to take us wherever we needed to go. The whole facility and staff were too notch.

Nice property

Beautiful setting but we were on top of the hill and often had to wait for a golf cart shuttle to get down to the main portion of the resort. Also, our bed was a step up from the rest of the room. Both my wife and I fell the first evening when getting out of the bed - poor design.

What a beautiful place! We love the cleanliness & all the brand new shiny perks. Altho we had no scenic view from our villa, it didnā€™t seem to really matter given all of the other amenities. The employees at the resort were so friendly and helpful. We are definitely going back!!
