Perched high above the glistening clear water bays of St John, with endless sunset views of St Thomas and beyond, Villa Nanichi awaits you. A perfectly designed pool and spa deck with plenty of sun and shade accents the premium finishes of the interior at this new-to-market villa on St John. Two luxurious bedrooms (one king, one queen) with en-suite baths and panoramic westerly views make this the ideal hideaway for the discerning guest who loves to watch the breathtaking sunsets painted with vivid pinks and tangerines over the Caribbean Sea.

For those in need of additional space, a newly added master suite is available downstairs for an additional $150.00/night. This charming apartment offers a living room, bathroom, full kitchen, dining area, and its own private patio with additional parking. (This suite will not be rented to another party during the guest’s stay and will be locked if not rented by the guest).

The name Nanichi is derived from the Taino language. It means “my heart” or “my love” and those who stay here will instantly know why. This truly lovely home offers expansive travertine floors, classic exposed mahogany-beam ceiling, inviting and comfortable furnishings, an elegant large kitchen, tropical gardens and indoor greenery. This impeccably designed villa welcomes you to sit, relax, and let the beauty of nature’s colors mesmerize you. It’s down a short country road, but when you arrive at Nanichi you will feel that you have been whisked away to a secret, luxurious perch that you may never want to leave. This stunning property is an adults only residence, guests under 18 are not allowed.

Nanichi Vacation

Everyone I dealt with before and during our stay was extremely helpful, responsive, and accommodating. The house was super clean. Nice view from the deck. Very comfortable furniture inside and outside. Perfect for sun lovers (not much shade). Second bedroom away from the living area was very quiet. It's a bit of a bumpy road to get there, but the location is lush and private. Convenient to Cruz Bay but away from the bustle. The only complaint is we had to keep refilling the hot tub due to a leak, which meant it wasn't "hot" when we wanted to use it. I would definitely stay at this house again AND especially rent from this owner/manager again.

Perfect house layout

We had 6 adults and the entire layout of the house was perfect. Wonderful common area, pool, hot tub and private rooms. The lower living space was phenomenal! The courtyard is simply beautiful. Keri, our concierge, was super helpful. Kyle, our greeter, was so kind and helpful. Thank you for hosting us!

Stunning stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at your beautiful villa! It’s tricky to get too but once you see the view ; it’s worth it! Very well stocked with plenty of toiletries and supplies! I am a vrbo host and loved the communication and attention to detail of this unit. One suggestion is to repose or add bed toppers to all beds. We will re book

Amazing views

This house had all we needed and more. The views were amazing. We had vacationed with another couple and the space was perfect. It’s a little off the beaten path but we enjoyed the quiet space and was conveniently located to getting around to all parts of the island. The hosts were very friendly and met us as soon as we got to St.John. We would stay again.

Glorious!

That's the first word that came to my mind when I saw the view from this beautiful villa. Our whole vacation was just wonderful. Coming home to Villa Nanichi was a a big part of that. The listing is just as described. The communication with Keri and Jared was excellent. They were both very responsive to all questions. They even lined up a masseuse to come to the villa! It was divine (highly recommend Jens!). We enjoyed the relaxing mornings and the peaceful evenings serenaded by the frogs, birds, and insects. We were able to see the 4th of July fireworks from the patio! Bonus! I didn't want to leave!! We are already talking about our return trip. Book with confidence! You will love it!

Truly a sunset lover’s dream villa!

We stayed called Villa Nanichi “home” for 6 nights as we celebrated a milestone birthday. The villa was well-stocked & comfortable. We used the chairs & coolers provided every day at the beaches. Communication with the management company was quick & easy. The bedroom ACs were efficient. Water pressure was great too. The views…THE VIEWS! We spent every sunset on the deck watching the sun fade into the sea. We sipped our coffee on the deck in the mornings taking in the beauty. The pool was a great temperature to cool off & the hot tub was awesome at night. Villa Nanichi’s location was great for us also to visit beaches or go into town for a nice meal. We absolutely would love to stay at Villa Nanaichi again!

Villa Nanichi was perfect for our family. The view to St. Thomas were special morning, noon, and night. We enjoyed this beautiful home and were very comfortable. Spent a lot of time on the deck and in the pool. So relaxing. I would definitely consider staying here again!

Property managers goes over and neuoinfy

The views are spectacular! The home has everything that is needed. I would like to share my experience with the property manager Jared. The bedding was uncomfortable, and I mentioned it to Jared, and the next morning Jared purchased a tempur Pedic mattress topper to make the bedding more comfortable! I was a very happy guest from that point forward with no other issues! I slept like a baby the rest of the week and was rejuvenated! Thank you Jared!

Amazing and peaceful

This rental was pure peace and beauty. From the first communication with the property management, everything was very professional. Everything about the villa was very clean and exceptional. Keri and Jared were a pleasure to work with. Any question or concern they would respond immediately. The views online do not due this justice. Your sunsets are something out of a movie. The location is so quiet by itself at the end of a private road. You feel like you're in the middle of the jungle with ocean and island views. The sounds at night were beautiful with all the wildlife around you. There was enough privacy between the two suites, so you didn't feel on top of one another. The courtyard when you walk in is absolutely beautiful. Both suites also had their own entrances from the courtyard, as well as the deck area. Whether you are cooking dinner in the gorgeous kitchen, or on the grill outside. This house is fully stocked with everything you need to feel at home. This Villa truly makes you feel like you are home just with a way better view lol. I could go on forever, but you just need to book it and see for yourself. We will definitely be back soon.

Great place to get away

First it’s all about the view. We could see the ocean, forests and beautiful flowers. The villa is spacious and the AC in the bedroom was great to sleep better. The management team was very professional were there to help if you needed anything. We would highly recommend the Nanichi Villa.

Amazing Experience

Amazing views and house- especially the pool and hot tub. Unique Island Assets were awesome as well through the whole process and greeted us when we arrived at the rental car shop. Definitely would return again. Be aware the backroad to get to the house is a bit bumpy, but you get used to it, along with the style of the local drivers.

Wonderful stay!

This is a beautiful villa with amazing views. We have vacationed on St. John for years. This is our favorite overall location that we have stayed at. You will need a four wheel drive vehicle to get to this property. The drive in is a little challenging but you quickly get used to it and it is worth it to have the solitude and incredible sunsets. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well. We will definitely return.

Paradise!

We were in St John to celebrate our 36th anniversary. The views from Villa Nanichi were spectacular! From sunrise to sunset it was so peaceful. We were fortunate enough to also experience a full moon over the water! The Villa is well appointed and is exactly as pictured. Once you make it up the "rocky" drive, you are rewarded with a stunning views of the island! I would highly recommend and definitely stay here again! Jared and Keri were very helpful with recommendations for activities, restaurants, and services.

Exceptional Home with Incredible View!

Wow! From the moment we walked in, we knew we selected the perfect villa! Everything about our stay was perfect. The home had everything we needed and the sunset views were exceptionally beautiful! It was the perfect place to relax by the pool during the day which we did often. We never felt we needed to leave. On the days we ventured out to explore the island and enjoy our beach days, we were back to the villa to enjoy the incredible sunsets. This is an exceptional home and the perfect location to experience the beauty of St. John. We cannot wait to return! Harder then heck to get to this house, but the views were amazing .

The views were amazing, but the pool temperature was cold - very cold - to cold to really enjoy bit the hot tub was nice at night. Outdoor space was very nice and interior was lovely and comfortable.

Paradise at Villa Nanichi

Great spot, exactly as advertised with the pictures not doing the sunset justice. Even better views than Windmills to watch the sun go down. Check in was smooth with them meeting us at the rental car pick up and the house was well stocked. Would highly recommend, the only callout would be that a 4 wheel drive is needed to get to the house. We had no issues but worth noting as it is at the end of a dirt road. Definitely a repeat!!

Great house for views.

House was clean and nicely furnished. Missed the fact there was no AC in the main living area but once you opened the windows/patio doors the breeze was nice. Rough dirt road to get to house so will need a four wheel drive. Pool and hot tub were great to have when coming back from a long day of snorkeling.
