The villa has a whole house generator that comes on automatically when power is interrupted-which happens frequently on the island. ONLY approximately 10% of the homes on St. John have whole house generators. Some have small generators and Telsa wall units that don’t operate anything but lights and refrigerators. The Villa has one of the largest private pool and deck in Cruz Bay with plenty of chairs and lounges to accommodate a full villa. There is another lower Pool Veranda which allows guests to be poolside but in the shade. There are 2 off street assigned parking spaces per unit. A rarity on St. John.
