"We really enjoyed our stay! The house was super clean (probably one of the cleanest VRBOs I’ve ever stayed in) and the perfect size for my family (2adults 11 yo). The walk from the house to the Boardwalk was much shorter/ easier than I expected. A quick shot on a flat road. And there is a public beach access right there at the Boardwalk, too. Brian and Jamie were easy to communicate with and made sure we were set up for a great stay. Would definitely stay here again. "

"The beachfront rental was exactly as advertised!Genevieve has excellent communication skills and was available to greet us upon arrival!The home was clean and had all amenities as listed! I particularly loved the location and private beach access!The interior decor was lovely and comfortable! I enjoyed the seahorse theme that was carried throughout property! Overall ..highly recommend!"

"We loved the private, short, wooded path giving us immediate access to the beach. The rinse off station, located in the backyard, with a path to it as well, very convenient. Several beach chairs provided, made it so nice for a family that flew in. "

"Great location. The back porch/deck was my favorite part of the house. There was plenty of room for the 5-6 of us. I learned OIB only allows for umbrellas or shibumi shades. The house has a few beach chairs so be sure to bring some or rent them. "

"We just left our weeks stay and couldn’t have worked out better! Everything was as expected; well stocked kitchen, plenty of room at the table for family dinners and close enough for the teens to go get ice cream, açaí bowls, donuts - as well as play putt putt. Had one issue which was quickly addressed and really ended up to be a non-issue. Very very responsive! Would definitely recommend. "

"We booked from May 5 through the May 11 of 2025 and it was absolutely great. The view from the balcony to the ocean was breathtaking. The walk to the beach was only less than a minute away lots of things around to do with your family very nice place to stay. And I would recommend my friends to stay and who knows we may be back. The condo was stocked above and beyond with everything you need."
