The spacious backyard offers a propane grill and games like corn hole and horseshoes. Little ones will love the beach toys, highchair, and pack-and-play, while adults relax in Adirondack chairs, soothed by birdsong. Park in the two-car garage or driveway (fits multiple vehicles). No pets; unfenced yard. Walk to Beacon 315 restaurant (20 min) or Waterway Park (10–15 min), featuring a play area, volleyball net, picnic area with a charcoal grill, and pier.

Enjoy fairway views, or explore St. James Plantation’s trails and marina (golf requires membership). Bask on Oak Island’s beaches (15 min), visit Southport’s NC Maritime Museum (10 min), or tour Wilmington’s USS North Carolina (30–45 min). Join the NC 4th of July Festival or Azalea Festival (April). Perfect for enjoying the NC 4th of July Festival in summer or the Azalea Festival in spring (April). Guests will have access to the St James Beach Club oceanfront pool on 72nd street. Please be aware that guests do not have access to the owner parking lot at the Beach Club. Paid parking is available along the street. The center is 8 miles from the house.
