This fabulous three-bedroom detached house is perfect for families and enjoys a nice location in the popular seaside resort of Carbis Bay. Sandbanks is a comfortable and well-equipped property that has been decorated beautifully throughout with lovely artwork and individually styled bedrooms. The property is predominantly set on the ground floor with a staircase leading up to the converted attic bedroom which has a view of Godrevy Lighthouse and an en-suite shower room. Outside there is a great space to unwind and relax with a large wrap-around decking area that enjoys a lovely view of St Ives Bay and lots of comfortable seating. Sandbanks is close to the local amenities and has the added bonus of a gated pathway towards the bottom of the garden that allows easier access to Carbis Bay beach.

Pets:  2 dogs allowed - £25 per pet per week - please let us know at the time of booking and we will contact you for payment.
Parking:  Parking for one car provided.

Changeover time: Check in at 4pm. Check out at 9am.
