Situated in an excellent position just metres from the Harbour, Penhaven is a beautifully refurbished four storey, cottage with four bedrooms with an on-site parking space. This wonderful holiday home has been tastefully decorated to an high standard with harbour and sea views from the top floor living room balcony. Just a short stroll away from the golden sandy beaches, St Ives art scene, restaurants and boutique shopping, Penhaven has everything you need for that special Cornish break all year round.
The open plan living/kitchen/dining area is located on the top floor; the room opens via two sets of bi-fold doors on to a full-length balcony overlooking the glorious ever-changing view across the Harbour and beach. To the rear of the living area is a door out to a charming terrace, a lovely spot to catch the morning sun. The living area has a large comfortable sofa and a Smart TV. The contemporary kitchen has high quality Miele appliances and high gloss units, including an electric oven and hob, combination microwave oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine which takes Dolce Gusto pods, Quooker tap and waste disposal unit. The dining area has a large table with seating for up to eight guests. Also on this floor is a cloakroom with wash hand basin and WC.

The master bedroom is on the first floor with a king size bed, a free-standing feature bath and TV. The addition of an en suite with wash hand basin and WC makes this a wonderful self-contained bedroom. A large wet room is also available on the first floor with walk in shower, wash hand basin with vanity unit, WC and heated towel rail. The three further bedrooms are situated on the second floor. Bedroom two has with a double bed and TV. The third bedroom is a delightful room with a feature stone wall, two single beds and TV. Bedroom four has bunk beds, a vanity unit and a TV. The family bathroom is also situated on the second floor and has a bath with hand-held shower, wash hand basin and WC.
To the rear of Penhaven is an outside shower and second entrance, great for washing off the sand after a day on the beach. The garage on the ground floor is used as a store for surf boards and beach equipment and the useful utility area houses a washing machine, tumble dryer and sink.

Access Statement – There are no steps to the front door of Penhaven. The rear door of Penhaven is accessed via a small flight of stone stairs consisting of five steps.
