The first floor hosts the master bedroom, featuring a king-size bed positioned to make the most of the panoramic sea views and stunning Cornish sunrise. This room benefits from ample storage and an en-suite, complete with a sea-facing oval bath overlooking Carbis Bay, a modern walk-in rainfall shower, double wash hand basin, WC and heated towel rail. Also on the first floor are two twin bedrooms, both styled with a charming nautical theme. Heatherleigh also provides an additional WC located in the cloakroom just off the entrance.

One Well Behaved Dog is Welcome – A £20.00 charge per dog per week applies. Please note that dogs must not be left in the holiday home unattended or allowed on any furniture.

On-Site Parking for Two Small Cars – The parking space at Heatherleigh is an ‘L’ shape. The dimensions for the space that points towards the holiday home are 3.6m wide and 4.5m long. The dimensions for the space facing parallel to the road are 3.3m wide and 2.4m long. If arriving with only one car, the dimensions for the space facing parallel to the road extends to 3.3m wide and 6.0m long.

Access Statement - There are approximately 20 stone shallow steps leading down from the parking area to the house. There are three steps down from the kitchen to the top of the lawned area. The rear lawned garden has a downward gradient from the holiday home with a split level. There are 10 steps running along the side between the top and the lower lawns.
