This charming, luxury cottage is situated in the heart of St Ives - Downalong. Although Burrow Cottage has been refurbished to an extremely high standard providing contemporary living with three bedrooms, it still maintains its original Fisherman cottage characteristics, just what Downalong is known for!

The narrow-cobbled streets guide the way to the infamous beaches that St Ives has to offer, as well as its iconic art galleries and popular restaurants. This ideally situated cottage is perfect to escape with your family and friends, and being dog-friendly, everyone gets to experience the Cornish dream.

The modern open planned living area joins with the dining area and kitchen to offer a gorgeous and social space to catch with family and friends. The chic sofa is situated next to the charming stone wall of the property. Finished with a Smart flat screen TV and coffee table, Burrow Cottage is the perfect place to relax on your holidays.

To make your holiday stress free the stylish kitchen is fitted with everything you could possibly need. It has a range of appliances such as an electric hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven with a grill and microwave.

After utilising the kitchen, take a seat at the six chaired dining table, ideal for family and friends.

This three bedroom abode has a master bedroom situated on the top floor. It offers an en-suite with a shower, WC and hand wash basin and king-size bed with two bedside tables. If that is not enough, the master bedroom also has a Smart TV, two armchairs and a dressing table. These are placed under the windows, which fill the room up with light, sit back and relax and watch the world go by.

The second bedroom on the first floor is fitted with a double bed and bedside tables.

The third bedroom, is also furnished with a double bed and has a mirror and chest of drawers and a built in wardrobe, offering ample storage for all your holiday outfits!

The family bathroom is fitted with a shower, hand wash basin, WC, and a heated towel rail.
