Parking spot includef, but beware that it is a considerable distance away near the top of a steep hill on Bishop St. Not a problem, just need to allow time for that. Dropping off luggage and picking up again at the end is possible (recommended) by driving directly to the front door. Tight lanes and roads double as pedestrian walkways in the center. "Great location. 5-10 min walk to train station and beach. A few bars by the carbis bay beach (fancy resort area). So many beautiful beaches in St Ives too. Train to St Ives, 3 minutes, £1...or a beautiful 45 min walk. Accommodation was just perfect for me, so clean, easy to get to, parking right outside, everything supplied (cloths, towels, washing up liquid, tea towels, bin liners). Bring washing liquid to use washing machine. Full sized freezer too. I took my own coffee machine. I cooked...

"We booked our 3-night non-refundable reservation through Expedia and the listing said that parking was included. When we received our welcome email from the property manager we learned that the free parking was only for stays of a week or longer.
