"An amazing time we have had in this beautiful cottage owned by Jane. Absolutely lovely and highly recommend. So peaceful, close to shops, towns especially Padstow where you will find Rick Steins restaurants and fish and chips shop. Close to some amazing attractions and beaches too. This is a beautiful place to stay if you just want some peace and quiet time away from the hustle and bustle of the cities."

"Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....

"We had a wonderful time in Prospect cottage, everything was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Absolutely loved the property and a potter delight to stay there. Would go again without question and Mevagissey is a super place to visit. I would recommend this property to anyone and we're so grateful to the hosts for allowing us to 'borrow' for a little while. Also must say thank you to the cleaner who keeps it all so nice. Can't wait to go again, thank you x"

"Having already visited this house last year with family I took on the organisation of this holiday recommending this venue to a group of ladies who were not all known to each other - so was slightly nervous as to how it would go but This house does not disappoint in any shape or form … it left all members of our group speechless on arrival! "A beautiful little cottage, which was really well equipped, we had everything we could need, especially as the weather wasn’t kind ! A lovely hamper to greet us with homemade DELICIOUS jam; and even treats for our dogs… Lesley and James are close by should you need anything & they even helped us out with a pot of sugar that we’d forgotten… Polperro is a MUST visit nearby, beautiful little fishing village with some lovely shops and restaurants…. Bodmin prison also worth a visit our friends...

"Ian was very helpful given Vrbo platform comms was awful (App may be better). Had a lovely couple of days stay and excellent local dog walking and Beach a short walk too. Cottage was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Well positioned for local coastal adventuring. Would recommend arriving in day light as the car park is not lit and access for unloading everything was not that straightforward! Otherwise a great stay."
