This a brilliant home from home property in an excellent situation on the outskirts of St Helier with the benefit of a weekly cleaning service. It is spacious with everything you need for self catering. The information given in the folder was clear and concise. Communication with the manager was easy and the response to a query was rapid. We very much enjoyed our stay and will come again

This generously sized property has a modern, well-equipped kitchen, bathroom and lounge dinner. Comfortable beds. 20min walk to town is steeply uphill on the way back.

We are grateful for your feedback. We are close to St. Helier and a bus service is nearby along with our large free car park on-site. Quietly located. A local Morrisons supermarket is close-by for convenience of guests. Thank you for your feedback once again.

Fully functional apartment, comfortable and convenient. Easy access to bus routes and small supermarket. Good shower and plenty of hot water. In an unseasonably cold April might suggest better seal on front door to retain heating but a very minor point. Thoroughly enjoyed staying there.

Ruhige Umgebung am Rande der Stadt, zweckmäßig ausgestattet, nur 25 Minuten zu Fuß zum Meer, 2 Busverbindungen in der Stunde (am Wochenende weniger), 2 (weiße) Handtücher pro Person/Woche sind zu wenig und zu wenig Möglichkeiten die Handtücher aufzuhängen, ein Schaber für das Cerankochfeld würde helfen die Herdplatte sauber zu bekommen,

Lovely little apartment, kitchen had everything you needed to cook only thing missing was a bottle opener, beds were comfy , the apartment was spotless and a 15/20 minute walk down the hill and your in the town , the little Morrison’s is only a 3 minute walk away for all your food and drink we had lovely stay in jersey at uplands apartments.

Not good value for money
The apartment was spacious, kitchen was well equipped but small, bed was comfy. Parking was easy and free, the apartment was away from the main road so we slept well. WiFi was good. There was a small Morrison’s about 100 metres away. The negatives were: the safe didn’t work, nobody phoned to check we were OK. There were no leaflets or maps provided, Covid can’t now be blamed. It was a fair way from town, minimum 20 minutes plus, longer coming back up a big hill. The apartment was over-priced considering everything.

Nice apartment, good value for money
It was good basic stay, perfect for a 1/2 person trip away. Very spacious bedroom and living room-diner but the kitchen is a little small. Bathroom needs some renovating and the bedroom, kitchen/diners could do with a little decorating. But good value for money. Very safe area and easy parking. The tokens for the washing machine and tumble dryer are very handy too.

Decent stay but property needs improvement
The apartment is very spacious and we enjoyed that . However during our five days stay no one when to do cleaning at all of the toilet. I only got towel changed because I called them and requested . This is not what I expect since internet is advertised as apart hotel so I was expecting at least some sort of cleaning during our stay . Also a bit far from city centre (20 minutes walk) and also apartment has a slight mould smell that needs to be fixed .

Thank you for your review. Since the start of the pandemic we have reduced the housekeeping to 'on departure' to reduce interaction. However anything can be provided by contacting our duty manager who replaced the towels once he was aware of your request. All this is explained in the arrival documentation sent prior to arrival and the letter in the apartment. The property is 12 self-catering apartments looked after by one of our sister hotels.

Lovely quiet area however very steep hill returning from town centre. No amenities close by except small supermarket so probably need car or factor in taxi fare costs. Understand issues with COVID however to have to call reception to have towels delivered was unacceptable. Good if you like peaceful but not ideal for a short break

Relaxing Holiday
The apartments are clean and surprisingly spacious, they are also well equipped for a short break, or a week long break like we took. The apartments are slightly dated in style, but very comfortable. Sun loungers are available to enjoy the sunshine and there is a small garden area with a picnic table for alfresco dining. The communication from the apartments both before our stay, and during our stay was very good. I would recommend the hiring of a car as although it's only a twenty minute walk to the centre of St Hellier, if you want to explore this beautiful island fully a car is a must, although there is a bus stop just outside the apartment. There is a token operated laundrette on site, which was a bonus. Although during the current situation you only get the apartment serviced on request this was not an issue. I would certainly recommend these apartments.

Comfortable apartment, fairly easy walk into St Helier, uphill walk back could be a problem to some. Free parking at apartment is a bonus as parking in town can be difficult when busy. Overall happy with apartment and location.

Would go again
Has everything you need in a self catering apartment. Need a car or be a good walker to get to places. Only reason these apartments are not getting a 5* is the windows and doors are very old and when the Jersey winds blow you certainly feel the draughts thro them. Decent enough heating system though.

Lovely quiet property
We stayed in Early September 2019. The apartment is just as advertised, in a very quiet location but only a 20 minute walk to St Helier centre (downhill there, uphill back!). Very well equipped and very comfortable, well looked after, and clean. We only stayed 5 nights but still had our sheets changed! Very comfortable king sized bed. It suits people who either want to take the busses like we did (several routes only a short walk) or hire a car (plenty of parking). Will be going back very happily next year.

We had lovely time here we walk to town 20min .got bus back 19 or 5 has all you need .on 1st day went to Iceland down town picked out what we want and del to apartment free as staying for a week. we would stay again the £8 bus ticket is a must all day for 8 pound we had upstairs and down as some are a lot smaller in size we will see you again soon thank you

Thank you for your comment. When the apartments were built they were constructed in the fields outside of St Helier on Uplands Farm. It is only in the last few years that other developments have been built.

Quiet location, very clean. Good local Morrisons. Beds very comfy. Bus service a little limiting but can work round this. Circular number 19 bus ran every hour into st heiler during the week from bus stop painted on road outside the apartment. Also drops off at this stop from st heiler, abbotsmount stop. Last bus back 18.10 week days. Number 5 bus also ran every hour. Get on at bus stop at the top of St. John's road, 5 mins walk, Jardin de carreaux bus stop. Last bus back from st heiler 22.25, week days, get off at chestnut farm (unmarked bus stop). Cutlery, crockery for 4 would have been better rather than 2-3. Microwave could do to be better positioned as had to unplug the kettle and toaster behind the microwave thus had to move it! Overall enjoyed our stay, would consider a return.

Clean and comfortable. Good location.
The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. It was nice and quiet and far enough out of the town but still easily accessible. Plenty of parking too. We thought the apartment could do with a little bit of maintenance and repair. Little things like the windows being old and not opening and closing easily. The shelf in the fridge door was broken so everything had to be put on shelves - not always easy with open drinks. Also, black out curtains in the bedroom should be standard. It was so light in the mornings, which made having a lay in very difficult.

The property was very spacious and comfortable, especially the bed. Good wifi. Housekeeping, changes of linen and towels were good, too. Kitchen clean and small, but only had one electric socket for kettle, microwave and toaster, with not enough room to operate any of them comfortably. We've been before and enjoy being here. Also, there is a good bus service and a local shop.

Die Wohnung ist in Ordnung, aber auch schon etwas abgewohnt. Die Ausstattung ist jedoch absolut ausreichend für eine Ferienwohnung und sauber. Es gab Milch, Cornflakes und eine Flasche Wasser für den Start sowie im Bad ist alles vorhanden: Seife, Shampoo und Handtücher. Letztere wurden alle zwei Tage gewechselt. Prima! Praktisch ist, dass es eine Waschmaschine im Nebengebäude gibt und zwei Bushaltestellen um die Ecke (Linie 19 und 5, Achtung: Die Linien fahren nicht so oft. Fahrplan und die Website des Busgesellschaft regelmäßig checken, da es immer mal Ausnahmen gibt.)
