"We had an issue with our room when we first arrived, but the staff at Harbour Suites went above and beyond to make it right. They responded quickly, brought us another bed, and even treated our entire group to drinks and lunch. Their customer service was excellent, and we really appreciated how seriously they took our concerns. "It doesn’t look like much from the outside, but the rooms were newly updated, spacious and clean. We arrived at 4:00 and our room wasn’t ready which was disappointing as we were really ready for a shower and to lay down. The beds were just okay. The locals very convenient to the Marina we came in to. It was only about a five minute walk. It was however very loud. It is right next to a bar and we could hear the music and people very well until about 12:30 am."

"Couldn’t even make it to my stay because of the hazardous air quality. I was told I’d be getting a FULL refund, yet I’ve spent days calling and hearing nothing but, “The manager isn’t in. Call back tomorrow.” At some point, it stops being an excuse and starts being terrible customer service. I was really looking forward to my first trip to PIB, but after this experience I’ll be staying somewhere else when I reschedule. God awful customer service, unprofessional management."

"The property is a motel. The location is good. There is an outside bar/restaurant right across the parking lot that’s very nice. The rooms are dated and need updating. Our AC unit was leaking, the carpet was wet all around it. Carpets were dirty. We enjoyed the pool area, but the pool could use some maintenance also. The hot tub is not hot, but luke warm."

"We stayed here in three rooms for the night and overall the rooms and the location were very nice, especially for the price. Unfortunately, when we went to check in about 5:00 p.m. they were just facing a lot of challenges. One of our rooms we showed up to hadn't been cleaned at all, one room was perfect and the final room we couldn't get into key wasn't programmed right or something. "The pools was to far of walk ,since I had bad foot and knee. Could be more friendly for disability people for pool access."
