This is a beautiful property with a stunning view. The apartment itself was extremely clean, spacious and decently appointed. We could have used a few more towels and toilet paper- it wasn’t a full roll when we arrived and there was no spare. Additionally, the cost for laundry facilities would have been good information to have prior to arrival. The check in process was a bit difficult. Be advised, prior to arriving in Grenada- start the checkin process. I had very poor reception upon arrival and therefore a great deal of difficulty trying to communicate with the owner who wanted additional payment for an extra person (fair, she thought only three by there were four of us, my fault), as well as a photo of my identification which I had difficulty sending due to my poor reception. We stood in the parking lot at the condo for over an hour trying to get the lock box code. The difficulties checking in were experienced by each subsequent guest who arrived. We shared our WiFi (as a guest did for us eventually) to assist them in the process. The apartment is approximately 750 meters from the beach and it is a reasonably quick walk, to the beach. What isn’t mentioned is that the apartment is up a very, very steep hill. If you have any mobility issues, aren’t in decent shape, unless you rent a car or use taxis- the hills are going to be an issue. In saying that, the elevation provides spectacular views that can’t be beat. We would absolutely return.
