This thoughtfully designed and recently renovated coastal retreat offers spacious living, stunning Gulf views, and thoughtful amenities for families and groups vacationing on St. George Island.

On the ground level, you’ll find the laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. Beach towels for the whole family are provided to make your stay even more comfortable.

The first floor features an open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area—perfect for gathering with family and friends. The kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless-steel appliances. The dining table seats 8 guests, with an oversized banquette for additional seating facing the Gulf of Mexico. Step outside onto the large, covered and furnished deck to enjoy stunning St. George Island sunrises and sunsets. The living area includes a spacious sectional sofa, ideal for family time. This level also features a King suite that shares access to a full bathroom with the living area.

On the top floor, you’ll find comfortable private sleeping accommodations for everyone. To the right of the stairs is a Queen suite with a private full bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. Down the hall is the Gulf front King suite with a private bathroom with dual shower heads and two sinks, along with direct access to the Beachfront deck. Just down the hall is another Queen suite, Gulf front, with a private full bathroom and Beachfront deck access. Across the hall, the bunk room is perfect for kids or additional guests and features two queen-over-queen bunk beds with a private full bathroom and walk-in shower. Please note: the top bunk is not suitable for small children, please plan accordingly.

Covered parking and entry available. For added convenience, an enclosed hot and cold outdoor shower is located in the covered carport as well as a convenient 1/2 bath.

Outside, enjoy your own private pool with a relaxing spillover spa, or unwind poolside in the plentiful loungers and Adirondack chairs. Fire up the propane grill for a family cookout and gather around the outdoor dining table poolside with seating for six.

Just 60 steps away, the Gulf of Mexico awaits! At the end of the private walkway, you’ll find two sturdy wooden benches—perfect for soaking in the view and enjoying the coastal breeze.
