The exterior of this home offers one under-house concrete parking space. 300 Ocean Mile is a 99-unit beachfront community located on the East End near the entrance to St. George Island State Park. Guests can enjoy 2 large community swimming pools with sun decks, lounge chairs and umbrellas. Multiple boardwalks provide easy access to the beach!

INTERIOR TOUR

Three Hundred Ocean Mile has limited parking spaces available per townhome. Ocean Mile H-2 allows one vehicle with no additional parking onsite. Additional parking along Gulf Beach Drive is now prohibited.
