Welcome to Ocean Mile G-5, a laid back beachfront retreat designed for easy mornings, salt air afternoons and evenings that linger a little longer. With comfortable interiors and uninterrupted Gulf views, this townhome offers a relaxed atmosphere to settle in and enjoy the rhythm of the coast.

The main living level is bright and open, with sunlight pouring in and drawing your eye straight to the water. The living area offers plush seating and direct access to a beachfront deck perfect for coffee at sunrise or unwinding after a day on the sand. Just beyond, the dining space comfortably gathers everyone around the table, while the kitchen is thoughtfully outfitted with everything you need, including a breakfast bar and a blend of modern appliances. A convenient half bath is also located on this floor.

Up a short flight of stairs, the first bedroom features 2 twin beds, creating a flexible and comfortable space for guests, along with a nearby full bathroom, complete with a tub and shower combination. Continuing to the top floor, the primary suite is a true highlight of this home. This spacious, Gulf front retreat features a king bed, private balcony access and expansive windows that frame the shoreline - an ideal place to wake up to the gentle waves. A twin roll away bed is provided. The master bath includes a double vanity and a tub/shower combination for added comfort and convenience.

Ocean Mile G-5 is equipped with multiple TVs, a fully stocked kitchen and durable tile plank flooring throughout the main living areas. A private boardwalk leads you directly to the beach and covered concrete parking is available beneath the unit. Three Hundred Ocean Mile has limited parking spaces available per townhome: 2 small sedans/cars (no oversized vehicles) or 1 full sized SUV/truck with no additional parking onsite. Additional parking along Gulf Beach Drive is now prohibited.
