The well-equipped kitchen offers plenty of room for multiple chefs, a dedicated pantry and new appliances. For added convenience, we have a standard 12 cup coffee maker and Keurig coffee maker.
Four bedrooms, including two master suites, can be found on the lower floors. The first King suite with flat screen TV and Blu-ray DVD player offers wide window views of the Gulf of Mexico and opens onto a furnished sundeck. The roomy ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower, double sinks and plenty of counter space.
The second master suite opens onto a furnished and private screened-in porch with steps to access back yard and shell-lined beach path. This King suite has a flat screen TV and Blu-ray DVD player and an ensuite bathroom with tub/shower.
Across the hall you will find the third King bedroom with flat screen TV and a fourth bedroom with 2 twin beds and a flat screen TV. A full bathroom with separate vanity area and tub/shower is accessible just outside of these two bedrooms.
On the ground level of the home is our family rec. room. This secondary living space offers a large, HDTV with Blu-Ray DVD player, Wii game system, boardgames and puzzles. A full bathroom with tub/shower and a Twin over Full bunk bed turn this space from a spacious kids' suite into a 5th bedroom. Sliding glass doors open onto a covered, ground level deck space with beach boardwalk just outside the door or to the enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower with foot-washing station, fish cleaning sink and gas grill.
Just a short stroll across the property is the large, shared pool limited to guests of the Bluffs neighborhood. And as a guest staying inside the St. George Plantation community, you also have access to the two community swimming pools - one just two blocks away, tennis and pickleball courts and Clubhouse.
Additional conveniences include covered parking and entry, whole-house intercom system, laundry room with full size washer/dryer, pack-n-play and beach towels for your use.
