It's all about location with this condo near the beach! Guests can spend the day exploring, boating, and sailing, then shower off at the outdoor shower and relax in the shared community pool. The fully-equipped kitchen will make cooking for everyone a breeze - but you can always cook up on the shared charcoal grill as well. At the end of it all, tuck into one of the queen beds or up in the loft.

What's nearby:
The beach is just a few steps from this home, as is a selection of bars, restaurants, and shops. The beautiful St. George Island Lighthouse is located in the middle of the island just under a mile away. St. George Island State Park is a short nine mile drive away, offering beautiful beaches, sand dunes, and salt marshes. Enjoy the local seafood from one of the many eateries or catch your own dinner aboard one of the many local fishing charters.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the ā€œDamage Waiverā€). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Location was very good. Across one street from beach. Boardwalk right in front of unit. Pool was clean with plenty of tables and chairs. Two bedrm, two bath unit w/ loft w/ additional bed. Dining area was a little small, w/ stools at the kitchen counter. But was fine for the 3 of us. All units on ground floor. Called maint for chirping smoke alarm and loose stove handle. Maint Tech came right over and fixed. Would stay there again.

Location was nice would not stay there again

Location of the property was great so close to the beach but that being said we should have been told that just because our unit was smoke-free and no pets allowed we did not know that right next-door you could have animals. So the dogs were in our common area, where we wanted to sit and look at the water, also, they were not good about cleaning up after their dogs regarding their waist. Also, the pool area was not clean at all. The furniture was in terrible shape, and had not been cleaned and the pool had not been cleaned cents was falling down, and there were ant hills everywhere in between the bricks were you were to walk to get into the pool Did not use that at all. That being said the kitchen was clean appliances worked and were clean bathrooms were clean but needing updating and cleaned a little better walls mainly and molding around the tub needed to be replaced. Hot water heater worked well so did the air conditioner would I stay there again in that condo no I do not want to be right next to dogs when Iā€™m trying to relax and look out at the ocean nor do I want to smell their waist .

Fantastic location and everything you need condo

The condo is in the perfect location. A short walk across an unbusy street to the beach. The condo is as described in listing , clean and has most everything you need. Our only real issue was that we had to call management company to get code to get in because ours didn't work. They had to send 3 new codes until it finally worked. The were pleasant and stayed on the phone until it was resolved. We did have to go buy batteries for all of the tv remotes because they weren't working. Other than those minor inconveniences, the place was great and the weather was perfect for our visit. We have already booked again next year ( although there was a little sticker shock as the price almost doubled).

Great location, close to everything

We had a quick one night stay , we had another rental pre planned and wanted to get to Florida earlier. Nice accommodations, a few more necessities in the kitchen would have been appreciated. Salt and pepper and a few basic spices. We were able to check in 4 hours early which was really helpful. The code for entry was not given with the check in details and the online chat person seemed to have no idea what I was asking about. The instructions give a variety of lock boxes you might have but they werenā€™t what was in the door and there was no code ever given until after we arrived . The door was unlocked. One thing I thought was very odd. I called after we left, we thought we left a computer charger. I was told it would be a fee just to look for it. That made me feel not well taken care of as a customer.

Needs attention

After driving 7 hoursā€¦the code given to get in the door was not correct. We did not have hot water the first night. Paid for late check out to have a cleaning person coming in early super rude and mad because no one told her. No offer of some money back or refund for the first night. 4 girls with no hot water is a big deal.
