This pet-friendly home sleeps 10 people comfortably. The king bedroom with en suite bathroom has beautiful views with direct access to the deck overlooking the beach. This bedroom also has a through-wall AC unit in addition to the new whole house central air. Wake up to the view of the bright gulf side queen bedroom with access to the rear wrap around deck. The other queen bedroom looks out toward the beach and the beautifully landscaped front yard.
The kids will enjoy the downstairs level with it's own separate entry. This LOWER SPACE IS ACCESSED SEPARATELY FROM THE UPSTAIRS through two private doors, one at the front of the house and one through the car port. There are two single over double bunk beds with en suite bathroom off the game room with large 50" screen smart TV, stereo, ping pong and Foosball tables.
The open concept kitchen, living and dining rooms can be enjoyed by the whole family. The fun, whimsical decore will put a smile an everyone's face. The new sofa folds out into a queen size bed if extra sleeping space is needed. Walk out onto the sunroom to sit with your morning coffee or afternoon drinks on the back deck while watching the waves lap against the shore and the dolphins swimming by just steps away. The living room, dining room, kitchen and air-conditioned sunroom are a nice open concept place for the whole family to enjoy.
There is a ramp on the west side of the house from the car port to the first level for those needing assistance with mobility.
The 6 person hot tub sits on the back deck and there is nothing better than relaxing in the water and looking up at the stunning milky way at night. PLEASE NOTE: There are three exterior security cameras. One covers the hot tub, one the east driveway and the other covers the west end and street side of the home. They are used solely for safety and security monitoring of the exterior of the house.
We provide one set of bath towels/person, beach towels, dishwashing detergent, dish soap, liquid hand soap, bar soap, garbage bags and laundry detergent. We supply beginning rolls of toilet paper and paper towels.

HURRICANE/TRIP INSURANCE:
We just want to take a brief second and remind renters that are looking to book in the summer and fall months, that they NEED to make sure they have trip insurance for hurricane coverage since hurricane season begins June 1 - November 30. DO NOT risk the $$ investment in your vacation investment if we do have a hurricane evacuation. We also follow our strict cancellation policy in case of medical emergencies that occur after you book. Make sure you are covered for any reasons you may need to cancel within the 60 day window. Make sure you read your policies and know what you are buying. Trip Insurance to cover this during this time period is ESSENTIAL, and worth the piece of mind, knowing that you are covered.
