"Short-Term Rentals - Lifetime Memories" - come make some memories! Stay at the newest and nicest complex in St. George right next to the Las Palmas Resort. This townhouse was just finished in February 2020. Brand new and very luxurious. People are raving about the upstairs den featuring 2 full over full bunk beds (sleep 8 in one room).

Literally 18 steps out the back patio is the huge pool with a kids water dome, a slide, 2 hot tubs, and a waterfall. Use the Weber bbq and enjoy 5 TVs with YouTubeTV (local channels and sports), Disney+, and Netflix already installed.

4 bed/3.5 bath. Sleeps 14. Maximum Occupancy 14. Bed Configuration: Master (downstairs)- king, Master (upstairs) - king, Guest - king, and Den - 2 bunk beds (4 fulls). 2 levels, entry is bottom level. 2000 sq feet. Pool view. Built 2020.

Place was clean other than rugs and couch (rips, stains, dirt). Neither the rental company or owner would respond to multiple calls and texts. No wifi code was given, shower level fell off in hand, bedroom door was broken and no handle and hot tub jets were broken. Loved layout and location.

The lofts

Our stay at this rental had its ups and downs. We absolutely loved the pool and hot tub, which were a highlight of our vacation. However, there were a few significant issues we encountered. The washing machine was not functioning properly, making a lot of noise and with a non-moving agitator, which raised concerns about the cleanliness of the provided linens. We contacted the property manager who was slow to respond and promised to send someone to look at it, but no one ever came. Additionally, one of the beds in the unit was extremely noisy, creaking and popping with every movement. Finally, the downstairs TV stopped working, and our communication with the rental company regarding this issue mirrored our experience with the washing machine – a delayed response and no resolution. While the pool and hot tub were enjoyable, the unresolved maintenance issues significantly impacted our stay. We ended up leaving a day earlier then anticipated.

Cleaners that care

Not very clean. The floors were pretty dirty. There was pizza under our bed. Food all over the kitchen floor, tops of drawers, and counter top. The bathroom counter tops and sinks were not cleaned well. The showers have a lot of mildew buildup. The towels look like they need to be replaced, pretty gray in color. The bunk beds were not made when we got there. Beds were missing mattress covers. The sheets also look like they need to be replaced. The drains in every bathroom were smelly. We had 1 day to swim while at the property, but when we arrived we couldn't locate the pool key. Tried contacting the owner or management company. They got back to us the following day. Still no key and a replacement key was brought over at noon. We have stayed here before in another unit and loved it. That's why we came back. We would stay here again, but not in this unit.

Not bad but disappointing

First of all, the owner was great and responded quickly and took care of any issues we had. The pool was empty when we arrived and took half of our stay to fill. That was disappointing. I don't feel like it was equipped to accommodate the 14 person limit of this condo. The carpets and furniture could use a deep clean, and the sheets could be replaced. The furniture was worn and there were feathers coming out of all the pillows. There were cockroaches inside the unit, but the owner promptly responded that they would come spray. The washing machine was super loud and didn't seem to be working well, which might be the reason the sheets didn't look clean. Not horrible, but could have been a lot better.

Very nice

The property is great. Fairly crowded on the weekend and pretty noisy. Parking is very limited. But the location was a nice distance from the main city and the heated pool was great.

Great time in St. George

Our family went down to St. George for Pioneer Day Holiday July 24th. There were 6 of us and a 1 year old. The Condo was nice and furnished well. It was nice having the use of the high chair and the play pen so that we did not need to haul our down to use. The pool was nice but could use a little up keep with their lounge chairs as many of them were needing repair one of the hot tubs was missing the knob to turn on the bubbles. Overall a nice place and location was easy to get around town.
