It was good. Honestly could have been cleaner. Found a sock in the couch and had ants in the kitchen . We enjoyed to pool and hot tub. The bathroom setup was great. The showerheads could use an upgrade.

Good but needs updating

The rental was very clean. Needs updating. The tv's in the bedrooms kinda worked, had to unplug to turn off since the very simple remotes provided would not . Had use the detachable shower head to get wet in the shower, either really low water pressure or calcium build up on the shower head. No Kleenex provided in either bathroom. In the bedroom with the single bed the ceiling fan didn't work. Also in the same bedroom there was a very nice plywood panel inserted into the skylight and the bathroom door screeched when the door was moved.The rental was in a very coinvent location in St. George, just needs to address some of the short comings.

This place was dirty. The unit had dirt on the floors. Crums on the chairs and on the couch. Soap was used by someone else, and a used bottle of shampoo. When you drive in, the driveway is falling apart. I would never stay there and will not recommend anyone to stay there.

Wonderful VRBO!

Our family enjoyed staying at this property. The bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and spacious. It is located to all the things we wanted to do in St. George.

We needed a place for my elderly mom to stay while her house in St George was being repaired. She was so happy with this condo! Great location and amenities and JP was a terrific host Would highly recommend

Roomy, but needs updates

We left a night early because of the uncomfortable beds and early checkout time. Checkout is at 10 am. Beds and pillows were not great. Ants dotted the floors and countertops. The dishwasher was broken. The walls were dirty, the blinds on the skylight looked like they could fall on us at any time, and it seemed like everything could use an update. The property manager was kind and said he could get someone over to fix the dishwasher. He offered to get paper products. He also offered to come spray for ants, but we were already settled in and didn’t want to be in the chemicals. The blankets felt like they hadn’t been washed in a long time. There were laundry pods, but the laundry was far away and didn’t work well. The TVs were tricky to use and we had to change the volume by using a toggle at the bottom of them. The house was well stocked with dishes and there was a two person pickleball set available for use. We brought our own set, but it was a nice touch to have them there. Pool towels were also available for use. It was nice to have two bathrooms, but the showers didn’t put out much water. It kind of felt like showering in a trailer. The tub spouts were powerful, but the hot water ran out quickly. Pickle ball courts were a lot of fun! There were two swimming pools, but we didn’t swim in them. We stayed at this resort when it was the Green Valley Spa. It’s not the same as what it used to be. It was roomy, but we won’t be staying here again.

Loved the jetted tubs in both bathrooms, gas fireplace in the living room was nice in the evenings. Easy entrance to cando and great communication.

Large bedrooms and bathrooms

The bedrooms and bathrooms were both very roomy. The master had a king and still plenty of floor space. The second bedroom had 2 queens but still didn’t feel cramped. The on suite bathrooms were huge. I wish the shower head was bigger and had more pressure as the shower is huge. We didn’t use the bathtubs. The two sinks in each bathroom were nice. Everyone had their own. We only stayed 2 nights so we didn’t use all the amenities but my son did enjoy the pool one afternoon and my husband and son played pickleball and were excited the paddles and balls are provided. The house did need some airing out when we got there and it did seem a bit neglected as the patio wasn’t swept or cleaned up but overall a great space and it more than fit our need.

Beautiful updated kitchen, bathrooms, and rooms. Easy to get to and great location. Should tell people that the coffee maker is a Keurig and that renters need to bring their own pods. Internet connection is spotty. Otherwise, perfect!

Good place

Nice place. I thought the contact two days before the first date was a little late, but the info was spot on. Place was clean and everything worked fine. Place came with no bathroom soaps or shampoos. Plenty of towels. Thanks

Nice place and great location, but not-so-private

Everything was simple and clean. We were surprised to have glass doors on the bedrooms, which gave us less privacy than we were hoping for. There were a few little things that we were disappointed with: a glitchy porch light, no extra paper towels and limited dishcloths and plates in kitchen. But overall, nice and comfortable.

A Lovely Vacation Destination!

Bright, clean and tastefully decorated- this VRBO is a true gem! The unit is even lovelier in person and the rose garden surrounding the walkways is heavenly! Not to mention the peace and quiet we enjoyed during our stay! I would highly recommend this uniquely lovely VRBO!
