Welcome to "Red Rock Getaway," a spacious 2,692 sq foot luxury villa offering 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. This well-appointed retreat is furnished with all the upgrades you desire, including flat-screen HDTVs, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The thoughtfully designed floor-plan ensures quiet and private bedrooms, providing an ideal sanctuary for relaxation.

The property was exactly as advertised, it was clean, open, had everything we needed. I would absolutely stay here again. The only downside was there were not any kitchen towels or washcloths for dishes and such, this did not change my ratings because I am sure someone just forgot to put them back, just an FYI for the future

50th wedding anniversary

We only spent 1 night at this property because the air conditioner was not working and the property manager was unsure when it could be fixed. She was also very difficult to get in touch with. The indoor temp on first floor was 85 and 90 on second floor. With outdoor temps of triple digits, we felt it would be impossible to stay there. The property was as advertised and with a closet full of games and bikes in the garage, we were looking forward to our stay. After much back and forth, she was able to find us another unit, but it wasn’t as nice as our first choice.

Relaxing stay

We really enjoyed this house! We appreciated how clean everything was. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The pictures in the listing matched what we experienced, which was a huge relief. It was a wonderful stay!

Relaxing Weekend Getaway

We really enjoyed how spacious and clean the home was and the well stocked kitchen and bathroom amenities. We took advantage of the hot tub and pickleball courts. We struggled a bit with the bikes - they might need some maintenance. Overall it was a great experience with easy checkin and we would stay here again for sure!

I could live here

This house at Ledges was so comfortable I could live here. Our combined families spent a long weekend at this Ledges residence. Twelve of us in all fit nicely without ever having to stumble around each other for space. All of the rooms were well appointed. The best of which being the kitchen. In most vacation rentals the family rooms are setup pretty well, but the kitchens often lack full cooking equipment or offer cheep ineffective versions. NOT THIS PLACE. This kitchen had more and better of everything than I could have imagined. Hmm I wonder if they have a lemon juicer? YES. Ooh, what I really need is a large frying pan. Got that too. This kitchen lacked nothing. The only thing that wasn’t as great was the secondary bathroom suite shower. It was a little small for how much space was in the bathroom and the handle was a little confusing. All in all though not enough to move the needle below 5 of 5 stars.

Girls Trip

This was the perfect house-location for a quick girls hiking trip. Plenty of space and sleeping accommodations, resort amenities all walkable, and a restaurant on property that delivers! House was clean and exactly as advertised. We all wished we could have extended our trip!

Memorable Memorial Day

Perfect location for family time, The house is large enough for 14 of us ranging in age from 1 yr to 60 yrs. The pool was nice, location to hiking trails was just right, and not too far to head back into St. George. We will look into booking here again.

Great place!

Very nice property in a great location and was very clean. We were able to walk over to the Ledges golf course in the evening to chip n putt. My only complaint was that the mattress in the Master Bedroom upstairs was extremely soft and squishy. (This is strictly a preference- firm mattress for me!!)

Great condo for a family get away!

Amazing location located right next to the Ledges Golf course. The condo was a comfortable fit for two large families, extremely clean, almost seemed brand new. The teenagers loved being able to walk right out back to a large pool, pickle ball courts, and of the course golf. The driving range and restaurant are less than a 5 minute walk. Surrounded by beautiful mountains and trails there is plenty to do, if the weather allows. The host was extremely courteous and helpful, responded to any concerns or questions we had right away. We would definitely stay here again!

This house is the perfect size for my husband and I, our 5 children and some plus ones. We go to the Tuacahn every summer and this location is ideal for everything. It feels like a brand new house!!! The price can’t be beat I’m coming back next year!

Excellent stay

We were very pleased with the property. It was mostly clean (found a diaper under one of the upstairs bed). The décor and facilities were well appointed and comfortable. We would definitely stay again. A couple of items that should be mentioned: 1. The sliding glass door and the screen door to the back patio (1st floor) needs attention. The slider is hard to open and the screen door does not close completely. 2. Suggest leaving more trash bags--we only had 3 in the pantry and we were there for 5 days. We purchased more. 3. The barbeque tools were hidden way in the back of the pantry. We couldn't find them so we improvised. We left them out in one of the many kitchen cabinets so others would see them. One of the lights on the back patio wasn't working (no bulb). I put in a bulb but stilll didn't work. Otherwise, the place was great.

Wonderful home

We really enjoyed our stay at this home for our family trip to Utah. Loved how spacious is was, including the dining table for 8, living room area & great fire pit seating area. There were 8 of us, and plenty of room to have our own space and also be together as a group. Kitchen was awesome, and so well stocked! Loved having a garage as well as a full size washer & dryer. We loved the neighborhood and area. All instructions for check in were provided ahead of time, and any questions we had were answered quickly. We couldn’t have been any happier with our choice to stay here!
