Luxury At The Ledges is a sprawling 2,692 sq. foot, 4-bedroom, 3.5 -bathroom luxury villa furnished with all the upgrades you could ask for, including flat-screen HDTVs, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The floor plan is generously spacious, providing bedrooms that offer a quiet and private retreat.

Whether you seek relaxation or plan to immerse yourself in the surrounding landscapes, find comfort in the contemporary-style bedrooms, on the partially covered outdoor patio, or spend quality time with family and friends in one of the two family/recreation rooms.

The Ledges of St. George is the perfect destination for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. Just minutes away, explore a network of hiking, biking, and ATV trails, experience world-famous rock climbing and rappelling, and take in breathtaking views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains that surround The Ledges.

Fabulous St George vacation

We plan a VRBO trip once or twice a year with 3 couples to explore different parts of our beautiful country. This is the first time we’ve rented a condo as we typically try to find a house where we have some space. This home gave us that privacy and more. We had plenty of space inside with the spacious downstairs, the loft area with pool table. The rear of the unit faces the golf course so it felt like we had our own huge backyard and the upstairs balcony gave us the open view of the pool area where we could relax by the fire pit at sunset. The kitchen had everything we needed and all the small appliances we could imagine, regular and Pod coffee pots, toaster, instapot, crockpot. We had so much fun figuring out how to play pickle ball on the courts right across the street (they do have paddles/balls) We would not recommend the Fish Rock Grille, really overpriced for sub par quality. We try to go to a new location every trip but this is one we will return to again. Thanks for so many great memories created

Wonderful family place

We loved our stay. My family really wanted a place with a pool table and we enjoyed playing everyday. We liked the location and was able to keep an eye on the pickle ball counts to see when they were open so they could play. Beds were very comfortable. Will definitely look to stay here again.

Great place, perfect location.

This unit is one of the best we’ve stayed in around the the St. George area. Roomy, clean, updated and the perfect location with the golf course in the back and the pool & pickle ball courts right out the front door. I highly recommend this unit for your next stay!

Comfortable and relaxing. Very close to the pool.

My group was a ladies' getaway. The home is nicely decorated, clean, and well-stocked. There are plenty of bathrooms and beds; everyone said the beds were comfortable. A particular high mark is that all the beds are kings and queens, so no one had to sleep in a bunk bed. This is a nice feature since my group is all adults and quite often when we stay at a rental home, one or two of us are always stuck in a bunkbed. The home also has plenty of comfortable seating, both inside and outside. The pool is located just across the street from the home, less than a minute's walk. The only issue we had was the fire pit. We couldn’t get it started, but we figure the propane tank was empty. There was a spare tank in the garage, but since my group consisted of women in their 40’s and 50’s, none of us wanted to carry it up. We all really enjoyed our stay; it was very relaxing. I highly recommend this home and I would definitely stay here again.

Great getaway!

Perfect getaway, place was amazing, views were stunning. The roof deck and fire pit were amazing and the pool table was a fun bonus. Would definitely recommend!!!

Just fabulous!

What a fantastic getaway from the cold weather for a few days. The house was perfect. We had everything we needed. Every space is well thought out and so comfortable. The outdoor sitting area (on the upstairs veranda) was wonderful, and there was a great view of the golf course and the mountains beyond from the table on the ground level out back. The kids loved the pool, which was just across the street. There was almost no traffic so the kids could ride their scooters and skateboards. Oh, and the pool table was a big hit. Impossibly comfortable beds and very quiet at night. We absolutely loved this place and will be back again soon!

Searching for Sunshine

Had wonderful time at the house. The weather was not as cooperative as we had hoped to be using hot tub/pool. It snowed 5 inches! The candles and extra blankets were so helpful for the power outage! Had wonderful time at snow canyon and red cliffs conservation area. We did get to see Zions too! And found glitter mountain and the black mountain petroglyphs. Overall it was fabulous to come “home” to the house to make dinner or enjoy takeout.

We love the ledges!

We loved our stay in this nice, spacious condo. It was well stocked and had everything we needed. It’s in such a great location.... just far enough to get away from the small city, but close enough to snow canyon where we love to hike and bike.

Perfect Condo

This is an amazing condo. Perfectly located at The Ledges. Right across the street from the pickleball courts and pool. Beds were comfortable, tv's in every room--including the pool table room (which was perfect for watching sports and shooting pool all evening), clean, etc. Would stay here again without any hesitation. Also, if you stay here, make the 15 minute drive north to Veyo and pick up some Veyo Pies--maybe the best pies on the planet! We will be back!

Great time and great location

We came for golf and certainly enjoyed The Ledges and other courses but we also were close enough to major state parks for hiking and star gazing. Lastly the home was great! Enough space for everyone (7) and we didn't feel like we were on top of one another. We hope to stay again.

Great place to spend time with family, especially for golfers.

First of all, everything worked properly; AC, showers, kitchen wares, satellite TV etc. There were helpful items left in the pantry so we did not have to buy every little thing in order to cook. Most important is that the layout of the unit is perfectly suited to spending time together, both inside and out. It is also great that it is across the street from the community pool and pickleball courts which we made full use of. We did some summer rentals at the beach this summer and none of the two places we rented were as clean or well equipped. We enjoyed our stay immensely.
