Beautiful, Brand new, Completely remodeled 4 bedroom, 4 Bathroom condo with unique, eclectic, new furnishings. Open floor plan, with large great room. Granite Counter tops. This unit is located on the 3rd level of Las Palmas, easily accessed by stairs or elevator. Located in Las Palmas, near Green Valley. Just a few steps away are two amazing pools/jacuzzis. Just adjacent to the condo is the infamous Green Valley Resort and Spa which offers 4 more pools, tennis/racquet ball courts, shared BBQ, kids playground and exercise room as well as the spa. Free WiFi.

Private Hot Tub on the deck

Kitchen is fully stocked with everything that you will need.

The master bedroom has a king bed with brand new pillow top mattress, tub/shower, his and her vanities and 43' flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a 43' flat screen TV. The third bedroom has a Queen Bed along with a Full over Full sized bunk beds, along with a twin trundle.It also has a 43' TV. The fourth bedroom has a Full over Full bunk beds with a twin trundle and is decorated with a Star Wars theme. Fun for kids of all ages. All brand new mattresses and bedding for your ultimate comfort.

There are 4 Bathrooms.

The family room has 2 large couches. There is plenty of seating for family movie night gatherings. The entertainment center boast a 60' flat screen with DVD. Adjacent to the family room is a large dining and bar area that seats up to 16 people comfortably. There is a brand new Washer and Dryer for your convenience.

You can enjoy a beautiful sunrise in the morning or chat with friends while barbecuing in the evening on your own private balcony.

For those of you who are outdoor enthusiast, there are are hiking, biking, and running trails within walking distance. 11 golf courses within 10 minutes of condominium! (several within five minutes!), Mesquite is right around the corner only 35 minutes with more golf courses and great casinos with fantastic buffets, and for you nature lovers, Zions Park and Bryce Canyon National Parks, Grand Staircase, Great Basin National Park, Lake Powell, and the Grand Canyon are all within one-half day travel/fun!

This condo is wonderful! We loved that it had a bathroom for every bedroom and plenty of space for people to spread out. The resort amenities were fun and the hot tub on the balcony was wonderful. We will definitely be staying here again!

Loved the location! Walked to the pool! Loved having our own hot tub on the deck! Having 4 bathrooms was a huge plus! The views off the deck at night were amazing! Can’t wait to come again!!

The rooms were comfortable and the bathroom space was nice. We enjoyed the amenities. On the down side, the ice maker and water dispenser did not work and leaked water even when shut off. The sink area and dishwasher smelled horrible. Like a backed up sink and mildewy. Needed some repairs in entire space such as a hole in the wall and loose doorknobs. Sure could have used a deep cleaning. The space did fit our family nicely and everything in one level was convenient.

Host was very responsive. Condo was very clean and well equipped. We used the hot tub as soon as we found out it was professionally serviced every Monday. We absolutely loved it. We'll definitely try to stay there again.My only comment is that it is described as completely upgraded but the master bedroom vanity/cabinet is old and is the lower height that for tall people like my husband and me is a little awkward.

This was a perfect place for my sister and her two girls (13yo and 10yo) and my two boys (20yo and 18yo) and me. Would highly recommend and will look into staying again when we return in a couple years. Hot tub on the patio was a great perk!!

Nicely decorated place with easy access to I-15.

We really liked how cutely decorated the house was and it had plenty of bathrooms and beds for many to stay even though we only had 5 guests. The clubhouse outside pool was freezing and nobody swam in it but the nice thing was there were options for other pools that were a better temperature included. Many options. Great place to stay.

Not what I thought….

The condo was nice- comfy beds, clean and had the amenities. Negative things: tvs wouldn’t work the first day- they had to have someone come enter codes the 2nd day we were there, not enough hot water for how many it sleeps, the hot tub was not hot- it was luke warm, the locks didn’t work the first 24 hrs, The pool slide was closed and the big pool was freezing! I can’t give it 5 stars for these reasons. The front door : the lock did not work from the time we got there and the landlords weren’t great about communication about this. They told us to just leave the condo unlocked so we didn’t get locked out again and we didn’t feel comfortable with this. They then asked us to fix the lock and we didn’t feel comfortable about this either. They did get the locked fixed the next day but it was quite the ordeal with the landlords that didn’t know what to do. We asked for a discount but they said no. They did let us check out late but for our trouble I was hoping for some Money back. I wouldn’t stay here again because of the troubles we did encounter and the poor communication from the landlords.

A great place to stay in St. George

We usually stay in hotels in St. George but we were traveling with friends and wanted a bigger space. We were pleasantly surprised by the number of beds and bathrooms. Our son loved the star wars room. The hot tub was super nice after a day of hiking. House was clean and host was responsive. Wish I could reserve this place every weekend in January.

We loved the 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in this property. Property was clean and updated. Had a couple issues that we brought to managements attention that could have been handled better, but regardless we had a great time and it didn’t affect our stay. We would book here again.

Loved it!

Our family loved staying here! Super clean, fun decor, stocked with everything we could need and plenty of space. The pools on property were great; we had 5 to choose from, and my kids enjoyed the other activities on site. Bikes in the garage were a fun unplanned bonus with our stay. We'll definitely be back!

Our Huntsman Stay

I loved the location of this property and the location of this particular unit. The unit was well equipped and instruction for our stay were very clear from the owner although some of the instructions conflicted with the instructions inside the unit. The owner was very responsive with any questions or concerns and dealt with problem immediately. Our Keurig broke but she got a replacement right away and previous users had logged out of the tv service, so she had to get direct tv in to log the TVs back in. Both issues were dealt with in a timely manner.
