In the home, you will find two comfortable living areas, and an updated kitchen, fully stocked with all the cooking basics. This is the perfect place to enjoy all Southern Utah has to offer. Just 30mins from Zion National Park, 10mins from Sand Hollow Reservoir and Jellystone Waterpark, and 15mins from St. George, you`ll never have a dull moment!



Beth`s place is a large multi-level home. On the main level, you will find a King suite bedroom and a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, and living room as you first walk in. There is also a laundry room, walk-in closet, master bath, master king room, and an outdoor patio/backyard with a private hot tub. On the second level, you will find a large seating area with a smart TV and an additional outdoor patio. Around the corner, is a room with a queen bed, a full bunk bed, and a single twin bed. Next to this room is a large walk-in bathroom. Next to the bathroom, is a spacious room with a king bed, a twin/full bunk bed, and a large walk-in bathroom attached. High-Speed Internet - 500mbps fiber. All TVs are smart TVs.



You will have access to the entire home during your stay. You will also have access to the Coral Ridge Clubhouse which is just a short walk from the property. At the clubhouse, you will find two pools and two hot tubs. The community pools are heated year-round to 87 degrees, and hot tubs are heated to 102 degrees, You will also have access to the clubhouse gym and game rooms. To access these amenities you will need the key that is provided and can be located in the home. Owners do lock one hall closet and cannot be accessed. A keyless entry is set up so you can come and go as you please during your stay.
