Dream On 18 is a luxurious 2,692 sq foot villa featuring 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. This well-appointed villa is furnished with all the upgrades, including flat-screen HDTV's, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The floor-plan is spacious, offering quiet and private bedrooms for a comfortable retreat. Whether you're seeking relaxation or planning to explore the surrounding landscapes, you can enjoy the contemporary style bedrooms, relax on the partially covered outdoor patio, or spend quality time with family and friends in one of the two family/recreation rooms.

Located in The Ledges of St. George, Dream On 18 is an ideal destination for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. Within minutes, you'll have access to a variety of activities, including hiking, biking, and ATV trails. The area is also known for world-famous rock climbing and rappelling, providing stunning views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains surrounding The Ledges.

The condo was perfect!

Came to St. George to attend the Parade of Homes. The condo was one of the best VRBO's I have ever stay at. Myself and my friend were very comfortable. I will book this condo in my future visits to St. George.

Fantastic getaway!

We had a great time here. My husband and his two friends have a golf getaway each year. I tag along to visit my family. We each had our own room and bathroom. It was the perfect amount of room, so we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. I loved having a tv in each room and 2 living spaces with TVs. The hot tub and pool were a short walk from the house. The hot tub is huge and we used it every day.
